dc.description.abstractEsta investigación estudia el enfoque transformador de la reparación colectiva en el PIRC de las parcelaciones Los Cedros, La Carolina y La Paz de San Alberto (Cesar), con fundamento en la perspectiva de Derechos Humanos denominada desde abajo, con la cual se busca analizar el impacto de las distintas políticas públicas en la materia desde la visión y perspectiva de los beneficiarios, que, en nuestro trabajo, se concreta en el sujeto colectivo. Para ello se inició por definir el enfoque transformador de la reparación integral a partir del concepto de autoría de Uprimny y Saffón (2009), para luego desde una metodología cualitativa, realizar un grupo focal con parceleros que conforman el sujeto colectivo y hacen parte del comité de impulso del PIRC, en el que a través de su interacción colectiva establecieron lo que desde su perspectiva era reparación transformadora, y finalmente concluir, sí el PIRC de las parcelaciones Los Cedros, La Carolina y La Paz de San Alberto (Cesar), cumplía con el enfoque transformador.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis research studies the transformative approach of collective reparation in PIRC of the properties Los Cedros, La Carolina and La Paz in San Alberto (Cesar), based on the perspective of Human Rights called from below, which it seeks to analyze the impact of the different public policies in the matter from the vision and perspective of the beneficiaries, which, in our work, is specified in the collective subject. For this, it started by defining the transforming approach of integral reparation based on the concept of authorship of Uprimmy and Saffón (2009), and then, from a qualitative methodology, carry out a focus group with farmers who make up the collective subject and they are part of the PIRC promotion committee, in which, through their collective interaction; they established from their perspective the transformative reparation, and finally to conclude, if the PIRC of the properties Los Cedros, La Carolina and La Paz in San Alberto (Cesar), complied with the transformative approach.
