| dc.description.abstract | La idea de realizar este estudio surgió de las autoras, al observar que en el municipio de El Playón no existe una posada rural turística que satisfaga las necesidades de recreación y descanso. Para desarrollar esta investigación, se realizaron encuestas a una muestra representativa de la población, que potencialmente serían los usuarios de este servicio, obteniéndose como resultado que el 100% de los encuestados les gustaría que se creara una posada turística rural. Se realizaron los cálculos en infraestructura de material y equipo necesarios para la puesta en marcha del proyecto. Así mismo, se determinó el personal requerido en el proyecto tanto interno como externo. El proyecto requiere de una inversión de $99.399.800 siendo esta una cifra ajustada para los beneficios que obtendrá en el corto plazo. Se realizaron los estudios legales, técnicos y de mercados correspondientes, con el fin de diseñar estrategias de mercadeo, que promocionen e inquiete a conocer la nueva alternativa de descanso. También se conformó la estructura administrativa que dará a la empresa los lineamientos de funcionamiento organizacional. Se diseñó la infraestructura física de la Posada, teniendo en cuenta la distribución de las habitaciones y demás áreas funcionales que permita practicidad y sano descanso a los huéspedes. Finalmente, se hicieron los cálculos de inversión y proyección de estados financieros de la empresa, con la finalidad de verificar la viabilidad del proyecto, lo cual dio como resultado que tendrá rentabilidad a partir del primer año de funcionamiento. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The idea of conducting this study arose from the authors, noting that in the municipality of El Playón there is not a touristic rural inn that meets the needs of recreation and rest. To develop this investigation, surveyed a representative sample of the population, which potentially would be the users of this service, obtaining result in the 100% of the respondents would like to create a touristic rural inn. The calculations were performed in infrastructure materials and equipment necessary for the implementation of the project. Likewise, it was determined the staff required in the project both internal and external. The project requires an investment of $99,399,800 which is an adjusted figure for the benefits they gain in the short term. The studies were conducted legal, technical and relevant markets, in order to develop marketing strategies, which promote and encourage to know the new alternative rest. It also formed the administrative structure that will give the company the lines of organizational functioning. We designed the inn physical infrastructure, taking into account the distribution of rooms and other functional areas that will allow practicality and healthy rest for the guests. Finally, calculations were made for investment and projected financial statements of the company, with the aim of verifying the feasibility of the project, which would have resulted in profitability from the first year of operation | |
