dc.description.abstractEsta propuesta de trabajo de investigación, busca generar un proceso de gestión curricular que contribuya a la resignificación del PEI de un colegio de preescolar, básica y media. Aún más, que la gestión escolar promueva la acción en dirección de la visión contextualizada y apropiada por los actores educativos para la construcción de procesos de aprendizaje para todos. Lo que implica, gestar procesos participativos de maestros, directivos, estudiantes, padres de familia y administrativos que resignifique desde el consenso reflexivo el PEI y la mediación TIC. Los referentes teóricos están relacionados con los procesos de gestión escolar, la cual comprende las cuatro gestiones en el sistema educativo colombiano y sus respectivos documentos referentes. Además, se incluye los conceptos de inclusión y currículo, como factores en el desarrollo de aprendizaje para todos. Como referentes para apoyo del proceso se tendrá la concepción de innovación y mediación tecnológica. La investigación se plantea desde un paradigma cualitativo con enfoque socio crítico, como estudio de caso, mediante un proceso de investigación acción. Por eso se tiene como pregunta orientadora de la investigación ¿Cómo desde la gestión curricular, se favorece u obstaculiza la resignificación del PEI, para que sea un proceso reflexivo, dialéctico, crítico y transformador, en un colegio de preescolar, básica y de los diferentes actores educativos de un colegio de preescolar, básica y media, en la reinterpretación y . 1
dc.description.abstractenglishThis research work proposal seeks to generate a curricular management process that contributes to the resignification of the IEP of a preschool, elementary and middle school. Even more, that school management promotes action in the direction of the contextualized and appropriate vision by educational actors for the construction of learning processes for all. Which implies, create participatory processes of teachers, directors, students, parents and administrators that resignify the IEP and ICT mediation from the reflective consensus. The theoretical references are related to the school management processes, which includes the four administrations in the Colombian educational system and their respective reference documents. In addition, the concepts of inclusion and curriculum are included as factors in the development of learning for all. As references to support the process, there will be the conception of innovation and technological mediation. The research is raised from a qualitative paradigm with a sociocritical approach, as a case study, through a process of action research. For this reason, the guiding question of the research is how, from the curricular management, the resignification of the IEP is favoured or hindered, so that it is a reflective, dialectical, critical and transformative process, in a preschool, elementary and middle school?
