dc.description.abstractEste trabajo, resultado de una práctica empresarial, busca básicamente, realizar una propuesta para la adecuación de sistemas de puesta a tierra, con el objetivo principal de obtener valores de resistencia a tierra por debajo de los 10 en sistemas de redes telefónicas pertenecientes EPM Bogotá, debido a que se han tenido algunas dificultades para establecer el componente químico adecuado para el mejoramiento de terreno y así disminuir el valor óhmico de dichos sistemas a tierra. Dicha Propuesta, brindará a la empresa (JE Jaimes Ingenieros) un mecanismo operativo para realizar la adecuación de los sistemas de puesta a tierra ya existentes, cumpliendo con normas que la empresa tiene estipulados en sus sistemas de gestión de calidad y seguridad. El texto contiene una recopilación de información sobre sistemas de puesta a tierra y sistemas de telefonía alámbrica, un seguimiento de la técnica actual, un informe del seguimiento y un capítulo donde se describe la técnica propuesta, junto con formatos de registro, tres ciclos para la capacitación del personal y algunas recomendaciones de seguridad. Esta metodología fue necesaria para realizar una propuesta técnica, que cumpla con los requisitos que exige EPM Bogotá y que sea acorde con las necesidades de la empresa, tanto en calidad y costos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis work, result of a managerial practice, looks for basically, to carry out a proposal for the adaptation of systems of grounded, with the main objective of obtaining resistance securities to earth below the 10 in systems of belonging phone nets EPM Bogotá, because some difficulties have been had to establish the appropriate chemical component for the improvement of terrestrial and this way to diminish the value ohmico of this systems to earth. This Proposal, will toast to the company (JE Jaimes Engineers) an operative mechanism to already carry out the adaptation of the systems of grounded existent, fulfilling norms that the company has specified in its systems of administration of quality and security. The text contains a of information it has more than enough systems of grounded and systems of wire telephony, a pursuit of the current technique, a report of the pursuit and a chapter where the technique proposal is described, together with registration formats, three cycles for the personnel's training and some recommendations of security. This methodology was necessary to carry out a technical proposal that fulfils the requirements that EPM Bogotá demands and that it is in agreement with the necessities of the Company, so much in quality and costs.
