dc.description.abstractLas actividades de mantenimiento son cada vez más indispensables en los procesos de calidad del servicio en los diferentes operadores de red del país, ya que son herramientas útiles que aumentan la confiablidad y seguridad del sistema eléctrico. Para contribuir en el proceso de calidad del servicio se utilizan diversas técnicas en los mantenimientos predictivos, que sirvan como alerta temprana ante una condición de operación insegura que desencadene en una falla. Esta monografía estudia la técnica de termografía en niveles de tensión II y III en circuitos de distribución, identificando las principales fallas como lo son tracking eléctrico, arco eléctrico y puntos calientes. Se plantea la elaboración de un manual de operación que le permita al personal operativo identificar oportunamente condiciones de operación inadecuada de los diferentes elementos que componen la cadena de distribución, de tal forma que se tomen medidas preventivas que permitan garantizar la continuidad del servicio a los usuarios.
dc.description.abstractenglishMaintenance activities are increasingly essential in the quality-of-service processes in the different network operators in the country, since they are useful tools that increase the reliability and security of the electrical system. To contribute to the service quality process, various techniques are used in predictive maintenance, which serve as an early warning in the event of an unsafe operating condition that triggers a failure. This monograph studies the thermography technique in voltage levels II and III in distribution circuits, identifying the main faults such as electrical tracking, electric arc and hot spots. The elaboration of an operation manual is proposed that allows the operational personnel to timely identify inadequate operating conditions of the different elements that make up the distribution chain, in such a way that preventive measures are taken to guarantee the continuity of the service to the users.
