dc.description.abstractLa vejez ha pasado por diversos cambios a nivel social y cultural que han incidido en las diversas dinámicas de la vida, generando diferentes procesos de vivencia de esta etapa, donde la familia como red primaria, ha ejercido un papel fundamental en dicho proceso; sin embargo, esta al ser un núcleo fundamental en la sociedad, intrínsecamente se ha visto influenciada por numerosas ideas, cambios y procesos que han restructurado el rol que cumple. Dichos cambios son los que motivan el objeto de estudio de este trabajo, proponiendo como objetivo general, analizar los imaginarios sociales y culturales sobre la tercera edad, y su influencia en el rol asumido por las familias a través del ejercicio reflexivo del seminario de investigación, con el fin de aportar a un mejor conocimiento de la realidad que vive este grupo poblacional en beneficio de su calidad de vida. Para el cumplimiento de ello, el desarrollo investigativo se enfoca en la metodología de seminario alemán, complementando su análisis con la utilización de enfoques teóricos antropológicos, sociales, psicológicos y conceptos y referentes legales existentes. A partir de lo anterior, se espera obtener resultados enfocados en la generación de aportes teóricos que contribuyan a la compresión de esta etapa y la concepción actual que se tiene de esta, teniendo en cuenta la gran diversidad de factores sociales y culturales y el papel de la familia.
dc.description.abstractenglishOld age has suffers numerous changes at a social and cultural level that have affected the various dynamics of the life, generating different processes of experiencing this stage, where the family as a primary networks has played a fundamental role in that process; However, the family being a fundamental piece in the society, has intrinsically been influenced by numerous ideas, changes and processes that have restructured the role it plays. These changes are what motivate the object of study of this research proposing as a general objective, analyze the social and cultural imaginaries about the elderly, and their influence on the role assumed by families through the reflective exercise of the research seminar, in order to contribute to a better knowledge of the reality that this population group lives in benefit of their quality life. To accomplish this, the research development focuses on the German seminar methodology, complementing the analysis with the use of theoretical anthropological, social, and psychological approaches and existing legal concepts and references. Based on the above, it is expected to obtain results focused on the generation of theoretical contributions that promote the understanding of this stage and the current conception about it, taking into account the big diversity of social and cultural factors and the family.
