dc.description.abstractEste Trabajo de Grado reúne el resultado de cada estudio para la Creación de una Farmacia en el Municipio de Socorro - Santander, prestando un servicio en la venta de medicamentos y productos de cosmetología, brindando atención personalizada, haciendo sentir al cliente seguro y en confianza, en donde se realizó un estudio de viabilidad, que busca satisfacer las necesidades en este municipio, brindando el mejor acompañamiento y asesoría al momento de solicitar medicamentos o cosmetología. Es de evidenciar que, prestar un servicio con calidad y que los clientes se sientan de forma agradable al ser escuchados con atención, genera emociones que les permitirá regresar cuantas veces lo requieran, logrando también posicionar a la farmacia en su entorno, pues se ha considerado que la mejor manera de saber que un cliente se siente satisfecho, es cuando habla bien del servicio recibido. Se inició con una investigación para conocer la frecuencia de uso de una farmacia, qué acostumbran a comprar y el horario más adecuado para ofrecer el servicio; todo con la finalidad de lograr un buen posicionamiento y sobresaliendo frente a la competencia. En la elaboración del análisis técnico, se determinó toda la parte operativa de la farmacia. Además, al realizar el análisis financiero se evidenció la viabilidad de la farmacia, contando con un equilibro en los ingresos y egresos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis degree project brings together the results of each study for the Creation of a Pharmacy in the municipality of Socorro - Santander, providing a service in the sale of medicines and cosmetology products, providing personalized attention, making the client feel safe and in trust, where a feasibility study was carried out and that seeks to satisfy the needs in this municipality, providing the best support and advice when requesting medications or cosmetology. It is evident that, providing a quality service and that customers feel pleasant to be listened to attentively, generates emotions that will allow them to return as many times as they require and also, managing to position the pharmacy in their environment, since it has been considered that the best way for a customer to feel satisfied is to speak well of the service received. It began with an investigation to know the frequency in use of a pharmacy, what they usually buy and the most appropriate time to offer the service; all with the purpose of achieving a good position and standing out against the competition. In the development of the technical analysis, the entire operational part of the pharmacy was determined. In addition, when carrying out the financial analysis, the viability of the pharmacy was evidenced, in order to have the balance of income and expenses.
