dc.description.abstractenglish | The following work aimed to identify and explain negotiated meanings (to specify possible learning) by mathematical educators who have done early practices in a follow-up program and support to students of Differential Calculus. The study was supported theoretically and methodologically in the Model R-y-A (Parada 2011) that allows orienting and analyzing teachers' reflection processes. Helped by the RyA Model, the meanings negotiated by Alfonso were characterized, a case study selected from the community that has gone through all the participation roles that will be presented in this document, in the three components of reflective thinking: Mathematical thinking, Didactic thinking and Orchestral Thought. In this study, data were collected from 2012 until 2016 to show the influence of the performance of early practices in the professional practices of mathematics teachers, which makes this research be longitudinal, in turn, it is located in the line of teacher training. In this investigation it was possible to identify changes in the conception of the case study called Alfonso with respect to the object function and the way to teach it. Alfonso showed improvement in the domain of mathematical contents, class management and incorporation of new technologies in his teaching methodology. 3
