dc.description.abstractDebido a los diversos acontecimientos y fenómenos, como la pandemia, las herramientas tecnológicas han alcanzado su punto máximo, especialmente en el ámbito educativo. Se han utilizado diversas herramientas, como las aulas virtuales, conocidas como Moodle, y otros medios no tradicionales para llevar a cabo actividades pedagógicas. En este sentido, adaptar estas herramientas a asignaturas como Sociología Jurídica implica una renovación y ajuste en la forma de pensar y enseñar el derecho, para que sea complementaria y accesible para todos los estudiantes. La asignatura de sociología jurídica compone el reconocimiento de la realidad social, parte clave en el inicio de la carrera del Derecho y del reconocimiento del mismo para mejorar la forma en que se aplica, hoy en día. Por lo cual se da la necesidad de abrir espacios interculturales, para poder reflexionar y visibilizar la diversidad cultural y la variedad de cosmovisiones que se ajustan en un contexto específico para el derecho. Por lo cual, la combinación y aplicación de diversas herramientas de aprendizaje digital, fueron fundamentales para el desarrollo de este trabajo de grado y el sentido que se le quiso aplicar a esta práctica.
dc.description.abstractenglishDue to the various events and phenomena, such as the pandemic, technological tools have reached their peak, especially in the educational field. Various tools have been used, such as virtual classrooms, known as Moodle, and other non-traditional means to carry out pedagogical activities. In this sense, adapting these tools to subjects such as Legal Sociology implies a renewal and adjustment in the way of thinking and teaching law, so that it is complementary and accessible to all students. The legal sociology subject composes the recognition of social reality, a key part in the beginning of the Law career and its recognition to improve the way in which it is applied today. Therefore, there is a need to open intercultural spaces, in order to reflect on and make visible cultural diversity and the variety of worldviews that fit into a specific context for the law. Therefore, the combination and application of various digital learning tools were essential for the development of this degree work and the meaning that was applied to this practice.
