dc.description.abstractEl informe de pasantía de investigación CÁTEDRA DE LA PAZ EN EL NIVEL DE BÁSICA SECUNDARIA DE LA ESCUELA NORMAL tiene como propósito presentar el diagnóstico sobre el estado de la implementación de la Cátedra de la Paz y la propuesta pedagógica de estructuración para la implementación de la Cátedra de la Paz en el nivel de básica secundaria de la Escuela Normal Superior de Bucaramanga. La pasantía se diseñó bajo el paradigma de investigación cualitativa con un enfoque de investigación acción. En el estudio participó una muestra de 132 estudiantes, 10 maestros y 13 padres de familia para un total de 155 participantes de los grados de sexto, séptimo, octavo y noveno pertenecientes al nivel de básica secundaria; se utilizaron algunas técnicas como la observación participante, la encuesta y los grupos focales e instrumentos de registro como diario de campo, cuestionario de entrevista y gruía taller de grupos focales que hicieron posible la recolección de datos y permitieron la organización y análisis de resultados. El diagnóstico y la propuesta de estructuración arroja resultados positivos para la implementación de la Cátedra de la Paz en la institución, entre otros concluir que pese a las fortalezas y buenas iniciativas que desarrolla la ENSB se hace necesario articularlas y fortalecerlas curricular, organizativa y comunicativamente, de manera que los meritorios esfuerzos y trabajos que realizan los maestros muchas veces individualmente, se canalicen, proyecten y realicen con mayor participación de los actores educativos de manera que se impacte significativamente en la generación institucional de una cultura de convivencia y Paz, que contribuya a transformar los entornos sociales de la comunidad educativa normalista.
dc.description.abstractenglishPAZ AT THE SECONDARY BASIC LEVEL OF THE SUPERIOR NORMAL SCHOOL OF the Chair of Peace and The pedagogical proposal for structuring the implementation of the Chair of Peace at the basic basic level of the Escuela Normal Superior de Bucaramanga. The internship was designed under the qualitative research paradigm with an action research focus. A sample of 132 students, 10 teachers and 13 parents participated in the study, for a total of 155 students in the sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth grades belonging to the level of basic secondary school; Some techniques and instruments will be used that made data collection possible and allowed the organization and analysis of results. The diagnosis and the proposal for structuring show positive results for the implementation of the Chair of Peace in the institution, among others they conclude that despite the strengths and good initiatives that the ENSB develops, it is necessary to articulate and strengthen them curricular, organizational and communicatively, in such a way that the meritorious efforts and work carried out by the teachers, many times individually, are channeled, projected and carried out with greater participation of the educational actors so that it effectively impacts the institutional generation of a culture of coexistence and peace, which contributes to transform the social environments of the normalistic educational community.
