dc.description.abstractEl siguiente informe final de investigación, como parte de un macroproyecto orientado a la construcción de un estado del arte sobre los estudios semióticos en Colombia, tiene como propósito describir las trayectorias de investigación en esta área del conocimiento por medio de la identificación de las publicaciones científicas que se desarrollaron a partir de la caracterización de escuelas, campos y enfoques teóricos, metodológicos y conceptuales que se encuentran ubicados en la zona centro occidente del país, correspondiente a los departamentos de Antioquia, Caldas, Quindío y Risaralda, durante el periodo 2012 – 2022. Para este fin, se emplea una revisión documental y sistemática con enfoque mixto, apoyado de herramientas bibliométricas para la realización de una matriz categorial y el desarrollo de una fase descriptiva e interpretativa. Los resultados revelaron que los estudios semióticos en la zona centro occidente del país presentan una hibridación de escuelas y métodos transdisciplinares e interdisciplinares que imposibilitan la relación de los documentos analizados entorno a escuelas o corrientes de pensamiento tradicional, lo que permitió concluir que la semiótica actual no responde a una visión particular de la misma, sino a un abanico de perspectivas que se articulan para enriquecer los estudios intrínsecos y extrínsecos del campo semiótico. Se recomienda tomar este aporte investigativo como punto de partida a futuras revisiones documentales en otras zonas y espacios, a fin de expandir el panorama de esta disciplina y facilitar el acceso a cualquier estudio que lo requiera.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe following final research report, as part of a macro project oriented to the construction of a state of the art on semiotic studies in Colombia, aims to describe the research trajectories in this area of knowledge through the identification of scientific publications that were developed from the characterization of schools, fields and theoretical, methodological and conceptual approaches found within the central-western area of the country, corresponding to the departments of Antioquia, Caldas, Quindío and Risaralda, during the period 2012 - 2022. For this purpose, a documentary and systematic review with a mixed approach is used, supported by bibliometric tools for the realization of a categorical matrix and the development of a descriptive and interpretative phase. The results revealed that semiotic studies in the central-western part of the country present a hybridization of schools and transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary methods that make it impossible to relate the documents analyzed to schools or currents of traditional thought, which allowed concluding that current semiotics does not respond to a particular vision of it, but to a range of perspectives that are articulated to enrich studies within and outside the semiotic field. It is recommended to take this research contribution as a starting point for future documentary reviews in other areas and spaces, in order to expand the panorama of this discipline and facilitate access to any study that requires it.
