dc.description.abstractReconstrucción Histórica, La Restauración Objetiva Este informe de Practica Social, tiene como objetivo general realizar un estudio histórico de ocho (8) de los inmuebles incluidos en las Artículos 69 y 70 del Acuerdo 018 de 2002, expedido por la Oficina Asesora de Planeación Municipal de Barrancabermeja. El fin determinado, es buscar su protección, restauración y conservación a partir de la declaratoria como Bienes de Interés Cultural. Para la Reconstrucción Histórica, se utilizo el método descriptivo creando una cronología de los inmuebles. Y para la restauración arquitectónica, se escogió el método de La Restauración Objetiva del arquitecto catalán Antoni González Moreno-Navarro, quien propone un riguroso método de trabajo basado en tener en cuenta el objeto (monumento) y sus necesidades y las de su entorno humano, más que las doctrinas o ideologías con las cuales se pueda identificar, estudiando en cada contexto qué solución puede ser la más eficaz en cada caso, de manera que la colectividad, destinataria de este patrimonio, disfrute de los beneficios derivados de su conservación. De este modo, es grato hacer un trabajo que en 88 años de vida municipal de Barrancabermeja nadie había iniciado, y espero que sea la primera etapa de la recuperación del legado cultural e histórico del Puerto Petrolero. Finalmente, como fruto de la investigación resalto los siguientes hallazgos; el primer Centro lúdico del país, el primer Cinema del departamento, un hotel de carácter nacional y la construcción de la primera iglesia de la Prefectura Jesuita del Magdalena Medio.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis report of Social Practice , has as general mission to realize an historical study of eight (8) of the buildings including in Articles 69 and 70 in Agreement 018 of 2002, sent by the Advisory Office of Municipal Planning of Barrancabermeja. The determined aim is to look for its protection, restoration and conservation from the declaration like Goods of Cultural Interest. For the Historical Reconstruction, I used the descriptive method creating a chronology of the buildings. And for the architectonic restoration, the method chosen was the Objective Restoration by a Catalan architect Antoni Gonzalez Moreno-Navarro. He proposes a rigorous method of work based on considering the object (monument) and its needs and those of his human surroundings, than the doctrines or ideologies with which it is possible to be identified, studying in each context what solution can be most effective in each case, so that the collectivity, addressee of this patrimony, enjoys the benefits derived from its conservation. In this way, is pleasing to do a work that for 88 years of municipal life of Barrancabermeja nobody had initiated, and I hope that it is the first stage of the recovery of the cultural and historical legacy of the Oil Port. Finally, like fruit of the investigation rebound the following findings; the first playful Center of the country, the first Cinema of the department, a hotel of national character and the construction of the first church of the Prefecture Jesuit of the Magdalena Medio.
