dc.description.abstractLOGROS IPS es una institución que presta servicios de salud en el primer nivel de atención correspondiente a la baja complejidad, las actividades que se desarrollan están enfocadas a la habilitación y rehabilitación de habilidades físicas, ocupacionales, psíquicas y comunicativas de población adulta e infantil, para conseguir este fin se llevan a cabo programas terapéuticos a través de las unidades de Terapia Ocupacional, Terapia Física y Respiratoria, Fonoaudiología, Psicología y Nutrición, siendo este el proceso misional de la entidad denominado Gestión Asistencial. Con el fin de cumplir con la visión institución se planteó la necesidad de implementar el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad basado en la NTC Œ ISO 9001:2008 y los requisitos legales aplicables al Sistema de Salud Colombiano. Para lograr este objetivo se llevó a cabo la planificación, documentación e implementación del SGC en el Proceso de Gestión Asistencial partiendo de un diagnóstico inicial donde se identificó el cumplimiento de los numerales establecidos en la NTC Œ ISO 9001:2008 relacionados con la realización del producto (numeral 7), específicamente lo contemplado en los ítems 7.1 planificación de la realización del producto y 7.5 producción y prestación del servicio; una vez analizado el cumplimiento de estos requisitos se procedió a realizar la documentación e implementación de dicho proceso. El alcance del proyecto se delimitó hasta la realización de la primera auditoría interna y el planteamiento del plan de mejoramiento partiendo del principio del mejoramiento continuo evidenciado en el ciclo PHVA.
dc.description.abstractenglishAchievements IPS it is an institution that gives services of health in the first level of attention corresponding to the low complexity, the activities that develop are focused on the fitting out and rehabilitation of physical, occupational, psychic and communicative skills of adult and infantile population, to obtain this end therapeutic programs are carried out across the units of Occupational Therapy, Physical and Respiratory Therapy, Fonoaudiología, Psychology and Nutrition, being this the process misional of the entity named Welfare Management. In order to fulfill with the vision institution there appeared the need to implement the System of Management of the Quality based on the NTC - ISO 9001:2008 and the legal requirements applicable to the Colombian System of Health. To achieve this aim the planning was carried out, documentation and implementation of the SGC in the Process of Welfare Management departing from an initial diagnosis where there was identified the fulfillment of the numerals established in the NTC - ISO 9001:2008 related by the accomplishment of the product (numeral 7), specifically the contemplated in the articles 7.1 planning of the accomplishment of the product and 7.5 production and service; once analyzed the fulfillment of these requirements one proceeded to realize the documentation and implementation of the above mentioned process. The scope of the project was delimited up to the accomplishment of the first internal audit and the exposition of the plan of improvement departing from the beginning of the constant improvement demonstrated in the cycle
