dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto se realiza para optar al título de Historiador y Archivista de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, se hace en el marco de un convenio entre la Escuela de Historia y SAFEDOC S.A.S que permite a los estudiantes realizar sus proyectos en modalidad práctica social en la empresa; así pues, el proyecto se enfoca en la realización de actividades archivísticas en la Alcaldía Municipal de Lebrija del departamento de Santander. En este sentido el proyecto está conformado por la realización del Diagnóstico Integral de Archivo, realización de entrevistas a los productores documentales, identificación y valoración de series, subseries y tipos documentales, creación del Cuadro de Clasificación Documental (CCD) y finalmente la elaboración de un texto de reflexión sobre las series misionales y la valoración de estas como un aporte a la memoria Institucional de la Alcaldía. Finalmente se desataca que las actividades archivísticas para la Alcaldía Municipal de Lebrija se realizarán siguiendo el marco normativo del Archivo General de la Nación de entidades públicas, con el propósito de garantizar la calidad de cada una de ellas en el proceso de ejecución del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project is carried out to qualify for the title of Historian and Archivist of the Industrial University of Santander, it is carried out within the framework of an agreement between the School of History and SAFEDOC S.A.S that allows students to carry out their projects in social practical modality in the Therefore, the project focuses on carrying out archival activities in the Municipal Mayor's Office of Lebrija in the department of Santander. In this sense, the project is made up of carrying out the Comprehensive Archive Diagnosis, conducting interviews with documentary producers, identification and evaluation of series, subseries and documentary types, creation of the Document Classification Table (CCD) and finally the preparation of a reflection text on the misión series and their assessment as a contribution to the Institutional memory of the Mayor's Office. Finally, it is highlighted that the archival activities for the Municipal Mayor's Office of Lebrija will be carried out following the regulatory framework of the General Archive of the Nation of public entities, with the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of each of them in the project execution process.
