dc.description.abstractLa pandemia fue anunciada el marzo de 2020 como una nueva enfermedad por el coronavirus que afectaba a la población de todo el globo debido a que la propagación se presentó de forma rápida. Dado el alcance de este nuevo virus, y su afectación a nivel global en el diario vivir de los ciudadanos se plantea el proyecto en el que se realiza un estudio de los impactos ocasionados por la pandemia en las personas que son egresadas de la carrera de ingeniería industrial de la Universidad Industrial de Santander entre los años 2016 al 2020, particularmente en desarrollo de su ejercicio profesional durante el desarrollo de este evento mundial. En este sentido, se planteó el desarrollo de revisión de literatura, luego se llevó a cabo la aplicación de la encuesta RECORV y la ejecución de un conjunto de entrevistas a partir de los cuales se identificarán los efectos relacionados. A partir de lo anterior, se determinó que el desempleo, el teletrabajo, la reducción de la jornada laboral, el cambio en las condiciones laborales, entre otros fueron algunos de los impactos generados por causa de la pandemia, algunos de ellos fueron más frecuentes que otros en cuanto a la percepción por parte de los egresados. Además, se encontró consistencia entre lo hallado con los instrumentos aplicados y lo identificado en la literatura.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe pandemic was announced in March 2020 as a new coronavirus disease that affected the population around the globe due to its rapid spread. Given the scope of this new virus, and its global impact on the daily lives of citizens, the project in which a study of the impacts caused by the pandemic on people who are graduates of the engineering career is carried out Industrial University of Santander between 2016 and 2020, particularly in the development of his professional practice during the development of this world event. In this sense, the development of a literature review was proposed, then the application of the RECORV survey was carried out and the execution of a set of interviews from which the related effects will be identified. Based on the foregoing, it will be prolonged that unemployment, teleworking, the reduction of the working day, the change in working conditions, among others, were some of the impacts generated by the pandemic, some of them were more frequent than others in terms of perception by graduates. In addition, consistency was found between what was found with the applied instruments and what was identified in the literature.
