dc.description.abstractLa investigación cualitativa de tipo de descriptiva que se ha desarrollado en este trabajo está orientada a determinar cómo se ha implementado y desarrollado la ley 1014 de 2006 en el colegio Técnico Industrial José Elías Puyana, esta ley busca la enseñanza obligatoria del emprendimiento en la educación, por lo tanto, para el estudio se seleccionó a los alumnos del grado 11 donde a través de una encuesta se determinará que concepto tienen sobre el emprendimiento y como esta educación ha intervenido en sus proyectos de vida frente a las problemáticas que afrontan los jóvenes en el país (desempleo y escaso acceso a la educación superior). Frente a la pandemia del COVID-19 el desarrollo de este trabajo se realizó en su mayor parte virtual por lo tanto se realizó un análisis enfocado principalmente en establecer el impacto real que ha tenido la implementación del emprendimiento; cual ha sido el papel de la institución educativa Técnico Industrial José Elías Puyana y si la pedagogía aplicada se enfoca en los objetivos propuestos por el Estado con la Ley 1014 de 2006; asimismo determinar el acercamiento real por parte de instituciones educativas de educación superior, fondos de emprendimiento y la red regional de emprendimiento. Con la investigación se pudo concluir que la Ley 1014 de 2006 que estableció el Estado y la pedagogía aplicada por la institución José Elías Puyana van orientadas por aspectos diferentes trasformando el emprendimiento en empresarismo, generando mayores conflictos en el desarrollo de los proyectos de vida de los jóvenes, por lo tanto, menos crecimiento económico, mayor cantidad de población joven desempleada y sin oportunidades de acceso a educación superior.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe descriptive qualitative research that has been developed in this work is aimed at determining how the law 1014 of 2006 has been implemented and developed in the José Elías Puyana Technical Industrial College, this law seeks the mandatory teaching of entrepreneurship in education, Therefore, for the study, 11th grade students were selected where, through a survey, it was determined what concept they have about entrepreneurship and how this education has intervened in their life projects in the face of the problems faced by young people in the country (unemployment and low access to higher education). Faced with the COVID-19 pandemic, the development of this work was carried out for the most part virtual, therefore an analysis was carried out focused mainly on establishing the real impact that the implementation of the undertaking has had; what has been the role of the Technical Industrial José Elías Puyana educational institution and if the applied pedagogy focuses on the objectives proposed by the State with Law 1014 of 2006; also determine the real approach by educational institutions of higher education, entrepreneurship funds and the regional network of entrepreneurship. With the investigation it was possible to conclude that Law 1014 of 2006 that established the State and the pedagogy applied by the José Elías Puyana institution are oriented by different aspects, transforming entrepreneurship into entrepreneurship, generating greater conflicts in the development of the life projects of the young people, therefore less economic growth, a greater number of young unemployed population and without opportunities to access higher education
