dc.description.abstract	La idea de negocio propuesta en el presente proyecto consiste en la creación de un parque turístico del cacao en el municipio de San Vicente de Chucurí, Santander. Este parque busca agregar valor a la región a través de su producto insignia, ofreciendo una experiencia recreativa, educativa y cultural a los visitantes. La propuesta del parque incluye diversas atracciones diseñadas para enriquecer la visita. Entre ellas, se destaca un museo del cacao que expondrá la historia, métodos de cultivo tradicionales y la cultura de este valioso fruto. Además, habrá un taller chocolatero donde los visitantes podrán aprender sobre todo el proceso productivo, participando en el taller práctico donde podrán crear su propio chocolate. Adicionalmente, el parque contará con una amplia zona verde en donde encontrarán zonas de disfrute, como una zona de juegos para toda la familia y una zona de gastronomía local que permitirá a los visitantes degustar platos típicos de la región. Además, siendo San Vicente de Chucurí la capital cacaotera de Colombia presenta un gran potencial para el desarrollo de este proyecto debido a su creciente demanda turística. El parque no solo atraerá a turistas, sino que también promoverá el desarrollo económico, social y ambiental de la región.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The business idea proposed in this project consists of the creation of a cocoa tourism park in the municipality of San Vicente de Chucurí, Santander. This Park seeks to add value to the region through its flagship product, offering a recreational, educational and cultural experience to visitors. The park's proposal includes several attractions designed to enrich the visit. Among them is a cocoa museum that will showcase the history, traditional cultivation methods and culture of this valuable product. In addition, there will be a chocolate workshop where visitors can learn about the entire production process, participating in a hands-on workshop where they can create their own chocolate. Additionally, the park will have a large green area where they will find areas of enjoyment, such as a playground for the whole family and an area of local cuisine that will allow visitors to taste typical dishes of the region. Furthermore, as San Vicente de Chucurí is the cocoa capital of Colombia, it has great potential for the development of this project due to its growing tourist demand. the park will not only attract tourists, but will also promote the economic, social and environmental development of the region.
