dc.description.abstract	El principal objetivo de realizar la Práctica Social en la Oficina de Apoyo Administrativo de la Secretaría de Salud del Departamento de Santander, es realizar una revisión, análisis y cumplimiento de las solicitudes hechas a la oficina, teniendo en cuenta la legislación vigente, para identificar las falencias al momento de dar respuesta a las mencionadas solicitudes y así poder implementar mecanismos que ayuden al mejoramiento en la fluidez y tiempo de respuesta a los distintos peticionarios, ajustándose así a los términos legales y evitando posibles inconvenientes de tipo disciplinario a los funcionarios encargados de expedir las distintas solicitudes, además de contribuir a lograr una mejor y pronta atención a las personas que se encuentran realizando los trámites pertinentes para obtener algo tan importante como lo es su Pensión. Además se pretende contribuir a la mejora de los procesos internos con los que se da respuesta a las solicitudes antes descritas mediante una herramienta de fácil instrucción y consulta, que incluye los aspectos fundamentales sobre los formatos CLEBP, la cual estará disponible para las personas que se encarguen de dicho proceso, ayudando así a que se presenten el menor número de errores en la elaboración de los formatos y se disminuirá el tiempo de entrega al peticionario.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The main objective of the social practice in the Office of administrative support of Secretary of Health of Santander. It is to realize a review, analysis and fulfillment or the request done to the office, having in counts the current legislation, to identify the failings to the moment to give answers to the above mentioned requests and to be able like that to implement mechanisms that help to the improvement in the fluency and time of response the different petitioners, adjusting this way to the legal terms, avoiding possible disadvantages of disciplinary type to the civil servants entrusted to send the different requests, beside helping to achieve a better and prompt attention to the persons who realize the pertinent steps to obtain something so important as is it their Retirement. In addition it is tried to contribute to the improvement of the internal processes with which one gives response to the requests before described by means of a tool of easy instruction and consultation, which includes the fundamental aspects on the formats CLEBP, which will be available for the persons who take charge of the above mentioned process, helping this way to that they present the minor number of mistakes in the elaboration of the formats and the petitioner being diminished the time of delivery.
