dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto se realiza con el fin de lograr implementar un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad en la empresa Dirección de Transito de Bucaramanga según la Norma Técnica de Calidad para la Gestión Publica NTC GP1000:2004 El desarrollo de este proyecto parte no solo de la necesidad de La Dirección de Transito de Bucaramanga en dar cumplimiento a las disposiciones del gobierno nacional en cuanto a la implementación de este sistema, sino también, en el deseo de los directivos de la entidad de mejorar los procesos internos de la organización, haciendo énfasis en la satisfacción del cliente, la efectividad en el uso de los recursos y el control de las actividades. El proyecto de implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad comprende varias fases básicas que se deben desarrollar de manera secuencial y sistemática, iniciando con el diagnóstico del estado de la entidad respecto a los requisitos de la norma NTCGP1000:2004, la planeación donde se determinan las actividades a efectuar para darle cumplimiento a la norma obteniendo el plan de desarrollo de estas acciones, el diseño donde se definen soluciones para cumplir los requisitos de la misma y se elabora el soporte documental, posteriormente se realiza la Implementación donde se lleva a cabo la divulgación y aplicación de manera continua del soporte documental, finalmente se hace la verificación donde se evalúa a través de auditorias internas si el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad ha sido implementado de manera eficaz y cumple los propósitos para los que fue diseñado. 1
dc.description.abstractenglish	The aim of this project is to achieve the implementation of a quality management system of the transport for Bucaramanga Company, according to the technical standard of quality for public management NTC GP1000:2004. The implementation of this project starts with the necessity of transport for the Bucaramanga Company to fulfill the national government dispositions with regards to the execution of the above mentioned system; emphasizing on client satisfaction, efficient use of resources and control of its activities. To achieve the implementation of the system of management and quality, several basic phases must be developed under a sequential and systematic method, beginning with the diagnosis of the company stage with regards to the requirements of the norm NTCGP1000:2004. Planning is the stage where it will be required to establish all the activities to carry out in order to accomplish the regulation and obtain the plan of development for those actions; the design is where solutions will be defined to accomplish the requirements of the norm above mentioned and the documental support will be elaborate, the implementation stages is where the divulgation and the application process will take place and at this stage all the documental support must be in place. Subsequent to the implementation is realized phase where the spreading (publication) is carried out and the application the documentary support is in place, ultimately the check is done where it is evaluated to slant of internal audits if the System of Quality management has been implemented in an effective way and fulfils the intentions for those that it was designed. 3
