| dc.description.abstract | A través de ese proyecto (modalidad práctica empresarial), se sistematizó el área de Atención al Cliente, Facturación y Cartera de la empresa INSTALACIONES PACIFICO, lo cual le permitió mejorar la administración y control de la información de sus afiliados. La metodologia de desarrollo utilizada (Proceso Unificado de Desarrollo de Software) y las herramientas elegidas (Delphi 7.0 Edición Profesional, My SQL 4.0.1, Microsoft Visio 2003) permitieron la creación de una aplicación segura, robusta, adaptable, flexible y sencilla de manejar. Por medio de este Sistema, se logró solucionar en gran medida el problema de la pérdida de información y el cálculo erróneo de la facturación, esto sumado al control que el software permite ejercer sobre los cobros y las solicitudes de los afiliados, logró mejorar considerablemente el servicio ofrecido por la empresa. Además las validaciones efectuadas sobre los datos que son ingresados al sistema y los procesos realizados en este, permiten garantizar la calidad de la información almacenada y reducir el riesgo de fraudes por parte de los afiliados y empleados. En conclusión, la modalidad práctica empresarial, permite a los estudiantes adquirir experiencia acerca de las necesidades de información que poseen las empresas en un ambiente real, por esto se recomienda que la universidad facilite y apoye el desarrollo de estas prácticas. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Through this project (enterprise practical modality), was systematized the area of Attention to the Client, Billing and Wallet of the company INSTALACIONES PACIFICO, that which allowed to improve the administration and control of the information of its affiliated. The used development methodology (Process Unified of Development of Software) and the chosen tools (Delphi 7.0 Professional Edition, My SQL 4.0.1, and Microsoft Visio 2003) allowed the creation of a sure, robust, adaptive, flexible and simple application of managing. By means of this System, was possible to solve in great measure the problem of the loss of information and the erroneous calculation of the billing, this added to the control that the software allows to exercise on the cashing and the solicitude of the affiliated, was able to improve considerably the service offered by the company. The validations made on the data that are entered to the system and the processes carried out in it, also allow to guarantee the quality of the stored information and to reduce the risk of frauds by the affiliated and employees. In conclusion, the enterprise practical modality, allows the students to acquire experience about the necessities of information that possess the companies in a real environment, for this reason is recommended that the university facilitates and supports the development of this practices. | |
