dc.description.abstract	En relación con el daño antijurídico en la administración pública, es deber del Estado Social de Derecho, en armonía con los principios y valores propios, el ejercicio de reparación, salvaguarda de los mismos y las libertades de los particulares en correspondencia a la actividad ejercida, el ciudadano, en contraprestación a la negligencia de los funcionarios públicos por conductas omisivas, culposas o ilícitas, ejerce su derecho en la interposición de los diferentes recursos a su alcance, para que, de manera pronta, se acuerde o solucionen los inconvenientes presentados.
dc.description.abstractenglish	In relation to unlawful damage in public administration, it is the duty of the Social State of Law, in harmony with its own principles and values, the exercise of reparation, safeguarding of the same and the liberties of individuals in correspondence to the activity exercised, the citizen, in consideration for the negligence of public officials for omissive, negligent or illicit conduct, exercises its right in the interposition of the different resources at your disposal, so that, in a prompt manner, the inconveniences are agreed or solved presented.
