| dc.description.abstract | El Objetivo principal de este documento es evidenciar las labores realizadas con el propósito de crear una empresa rentable en el tiempo a partir del desarrollo de una idea de negocios contado como experiencia y apoyando el proceso de gestión en las herramientas académicas y profesionales de ingenieros industriales. Los análisis y el planteamiento de investigaciones metódicas sobre determinados aspectos de la naturaleza económica y el entorno socio-cultural del negocio, así como del perfil de los emprendedores, se encuentra en el capitulo 1 Lineamientos del emprendimiento. El cuerpo central del documento está compuesto por la formulación del plan de negocios para la creación de la empresa pasteurizadora de leche de cabra, realizado con la estructura metodológica del Fondo Emprender del SENA. Con el propósito de conocer de fondo la situación actual del sector caprino en la región de influencia del proyecto y asegurar condiciones de proveeduría, se desempeñaron actividades desde la asociación de caprinocultores y ovinocultores de Cúcuta y su área metropolitana fiASOCAPRICAM, informe que en este documento se resume como fi3.1. EMPRENDIMIENTO DESDE LA ASOCIACIÓN DE PRODUCTORES. Con el desarrollo de la formulación del plan de negocios, se observaron las perspectivas de negocio que constituyen el sector primario de la explotación caprina y la condición de escasez de leche de cabra que se presenta, los autores del proyecto decidieron integrar hacia atrás la cadena productiva de la leche de cabra. Se formuló el plan de negocio de una empresa de cría controlada de cabras (documento disponible en el anexo 25). Posteriormente, se realizaron inversiones sobre activos que no son financiables con recursos del Fondo Emprender y que permiten adquirir experiencia sobre el negocio y adicionalmente ir avanzando hacia la creación de empresas rentables. | dc.description.abstractenglish | The main goal of this paper is to highlight the work undertaken with the aim of creating an over time profitable company from developing a business idea counted as experience and supporting the management process on academic and professional tools of Industrial engineers. The analyses and the propose of methodical researches on certain aspects of economics character and the socio-cultural surroundings of this business, as well as the entrepreneurs profile, can be found in Chapter 1 fithe Guidelines of the enterprising. The main part of the document consists on formulating the business plan for the creation of the goat milk pasteurizer company, made with the methodological structure of the"Fondo Emprender from SENA. In order to know deeply the current situation of caprine sector in the region affected by the project and ensure conditions of supply, some activities has been performed from the Goat and Sheep farmers association of Cucuta and the metropolitan area fiASOCAPRICAM, which is summarized in this report on 3.1 "Enterprising from the Producers Association." With the development of the business plan formulation, there are observed prospects of business which constitute the primary sector of the caprine exploitation and the condition of shortage of goat milk, the authors decided to integrate backwards the production chain of goat milk. It's formulated the business plan for a controlled goats-breeding company (document available in Annex 25). Subsequently, investments were made on assets that are not financed by the "Fondo Emprender" and allowing gain experience on the business and additionally move towards the creation of profitable companies.
