dc.description.abstract	Implementar un sistema de gestión de seguridad, salud ocupacional y ambiente conlleva a incorporar en todas las actividades de la empresa la responsabilidad social, que a su vez contribuye con el mejoramiento de la competitividad de la misma. El presente trabajo de grado desarrolla el diseño del sistema de gestión en seguridad, salud ocupacional y ambiente según los lineamientos del RUC del Concejo Colombiano de Seguridad en la empresa IALCOL S.A.S. dedicada a la producción de alimentos. En primera instancia se realiza un diagnóstico tomando como base la lista de chequeo del formato único de autoevaluación del RUC, con el fin de conocer el estado inicial de la empresa frente a la guía; luego se hace la identificación de los peligros, aspectos e impactos ambientales presentes en IALCOL S.A.S. así como de los requisitos básicos legales aplicables, y a partir de esta se determinan los controles adecuados sobre los peligros y aspectos encontrados; se establecen la política y los objetivos, se asigna el presupuesto
dc.description.abstractenglish	Implementing a safety management, occupational health and environmental system leads to the incorporation of the social responsibility into all the activities of the company, which in turn contributes to the improvement of its competitiveness. This graduation paper develops the design of the safety management, occupational health and environmental system according to the RUC and Colombian Safety Council guidelines in IALCOL S.A.S. Company dedicated to the food production. First of all a diagnosis is made based on the RUC single form of self-assessment, with the aim of knowing the initial state of the company regarding its guidelines. Then environmental hazards, aspects and impacts are identified in IALCOL S.A.S. as well as basic legal applicable requirements, and from this, appropriate control is determined over the hazards and aspects found. Also the policy and the objectives are established, the budget for its development is allocated, and all the papers needed for the implementation of the system are made. Likewise all different safety, occupational health and environmental programs are designed. In order to verify the compliance of the policy and the objectives posed, different monitoring activities are carried out such as SSOA inspections, internal audits and objectives monitoring, from which the need to take corrective and preventive actions is detected as required.
