| dc.description.abstract | Experiencia de intervención de trabajo social en cuatro municipios del departamento de La Guajira, con doce sedes educativas beneficiadas el Programa Computadores para Educar de la Presidencia de la República, en coordinación con la Universidad Industrial de Santander durante el año 2006. Basado en un enfoque de desarrollo humano y en la visión social de las TIC1 como herramienta estratégica de desarrollo humano, el objetivo general de esta experiencia fue el de lograr la integración de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación con principios de sostenibilidad, participación y organización comunitaria para el desarrollo humano, a partir de la estrategia de acompañamiento educativo del Programa Computadores para Educar. Así, a la par de la creación de una infraestructura tecnológica y comunicacional se sentaron las bases sociales para el desarrollo y liberación de capacidades de las comunidades educativas en el uso y aprovechamiento significativo de estas herramientas. Este enfoque que ubica al ser humano como agente de los cambios y transformaciones sociales permitió a la profesional en formación aportar a las comunidades educativas y sus localidades aledañas, los principios metodológicos, pedagógicos, comunicativos y organizativos propios de los procesos autogestionarios promovidos desde la profesión. De este modo, las comunidades educativas participando activamente en el desarrollo de todas las fases del acompañamiento, avanzaron en sus niveles autogestionarios; pues al tratarse de una metodología vivencial, participativa y constructiva, las comunidades lograron por un lado, identificar sus capacidades y debilidades y por otro, no solo reconocer la información, el conocimiento y la tecnología, como instrumentos útiles para su desarrollo humano sino también usarlas en el logro del mismo; consolidando a la escuela como punto de encuentro entre directivos, docentes, padres de familia, estudiantes, pero también de la comunidad aledaña. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Experience of social working intervention in four municipalities of La Guajira department, with twelve headquarters educational beneficiaries OF the Program Computers to Educatefl of the Colombian Presidency, in coordination with the Industrial University of Santander during the year 2006. Based on a human development and approach on the social vision of the TIC as a strategic tool of human development, the general objective of this experience was the one of achieving the integration of the Technologies of Information and Communication with sustainability principles, participation and community organization for the human development, starting from the strategy of educational accompaniment of the Program Computers to Educate. This way, simultaneously with the creation of a technological infrastructure and communicational infrastructure they established the social bases for the development and liberation of capacities of the educational communities in the use and significant use of these tools. This focus, considers the human being as an agent of the changes and social transformations, allowed the professional in formation contribute to the educational communities, and their nearby towns, the methodological, pedagogic, talkative and organizational principles, characteristic of the self Œ managed processes promoted by the profession. This way, the educational communities are participating actively in the development of all the phases of the accompaniment, and they advanced in their self Œ managing levels; because being a participative, constructive and near Œlife methodology, the communities were able to, on one hand, identify their capacities and weaknesses and on the other hand, not recognize the information, the knowledge and the technology, as useful instruments for only their human development but also use them in its achievement; consolidating the school as an encounter point among staff educational, parents, students, as well as for the nearby community. | |
