dc.description.abstract	La práctica empresarial como auxiliar en apoyo a la estructuración, revisión y supervisión de los proyectos a cargo de la Secretaría de Infraestructura de la Gobernación de Santander permitió el apoyo a la revisión de cantidades y análisis unitarios de las actividades asociadas a los proyectos desarrollados por la entidad gubernamental, así como el apoyo a la supervisión de los mismos mediante la revisión de cuentas, actas de obra e interventoría, apoyo en la realización de informes de supervisión, visitas de obra a algunos de los proyectos y elaboración de informes y presentaciones en apoyo a la rendición de cuentas por parte de la Gobernación. Se logra verificar el avance en cada proyecto con el fin de hacer cumplir los tiempos establecidos en el cronograma inicial y así mismo ajustar y corregir inconvenientes que se llegasen a presentar. De igual manera, se evaluó la viabilidad y acciones de atención a las solicitudes hechas a través del servicio de correo interno de la entidad, para lo cual se elaboró una guía usando un lenguaje claro y sencillo acerca del procedimiento para presentar las solicitudes ciudadanas a la Gobernación de Santander a través del servicio Forest, buscando que sea la misma comunidad como final beneficiario de las labores adelantadas por el ente gubernamental, quien busque y plantee alternativas de solución a las necesidades que se tengan.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The business practice as an auxiliary in support of the review and supervision at the Ministry of Infrastructure of the Government of Santander allows the revision of quantities and unit analysis of the activities associated with the projects developed by the government entity, as well as support for their supervision through the review of accounts, works and auditing reports, support in the preparation of supervision reports, site visits to some of the projects and preparation of presentations in support to accountability by the Government. It is possible to verify the progress in each project in order to meet the times established in the initial schedule and also adjust and correct problems that may arise. In the same way, the viability and actions of attention to the requests made through the internal mail service of the entity are evaluated, for which a guide was prepared using a clear and simple language about the procedure for submitting citizen requests to the Government of Santander through the Forest service, the sea seeking the same community as the final beneficiary of the work carried out by the government entity, who seeks and proposes alternative solutions to the needs they have.
