dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto muestra el diseño e implementación de un sistema de gestión de riesgo estratégico basado en la norma NTC-ISO 31000:2011 para el direccionamiento estratégico de la Electrificadora de Santander S.A. E.S.P. La metodología y el desarrollo del tema, se apoyan en fuentes bibliográficas como: la norma del ICONTEC NTC-ISO 31000:2011 gestión del riesgo, el estándar de administración del riesgo AS/NZS del Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública DAFP para la Administración del Riesgo, entre otras fuentes, que se citan a lo largo de este documento. Una vez que se ha investigado en las fuentes de información concernientes, se muestran los análisis y los resultados de este proyecto de acuerdo a los objetivos específicos planeados. Dentro de los resultados que se obtienen está la definición de tres parámetros para identificar el riesgo y el desarrollo de criterios para analizar y evaluar el riesgo. Adicionalmente se realiza una matriz de riesgo estratégico, con su respectivo mapa, asimismo se elaboran instructivos, formatos y una herramienta en Excel para gestionar el riesgo estratégico, entre otros resultados que son relevantes para la organización y este proyecto. Por último, se muestran las conclusiones y las recomendaciones producto del desarrollo de este proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This project shows the design and implementation of a strategic risk management based on standard NTC-ISO 31000:2011 for the strategic direction of the Electrificadora of Santander S.A. E.S.P. The methodology and the development of the theme, are supported by literature sources as: the standard NTC-ISO 31000:2011 ICONTEC risk management, the risk management standard AS/NZS 4360:2004, the ICONTEC Communication and consultation , the Guide of the Administrative Department of Public Service DAFP for risk Management, among other sources, which are cited throughout this document. Once you have investigated the sources of information concerning, shows the analysis and results of this project according to the specific objectives planned. Among the results obtained is the definition of three parameters to identify risk, and the development of criteria for analyzing and assessing risk. Additionally it makes a strategic risk matrix, with its own map, also are produced instructional formats and an Excel tool for managing strategic risk, among other results that are relevant to the organization and this project. Finally, are shown conclusions and recommendations from the development of this project. §
