dc.description.abstract	Cambiar formas de trabajar y administrar no es fácil; todo hace parte de un proceso de evolución reflejado en buenas prácticas de manufactura y servicio para el cliente. Haciendo frente a esta dinámica empresarial Litográficas J Luis Pieruccini asumió, el reto de emprender un ciclo de cambios por medio del desarrollo de este estudio, el cual proyecta mostrar mejoramiento e impacto en la empresa, por medio de la reorganización del sistema productivo. El propósito del estudio es diseñar e implementar un sistema de planeación de la producción aplicada en Litográficas J. Luis Pieruccini y realizar el levantamiento de una metodología de solución implementada en el software PapeLito. La planeación de la producción es uno de los procedimientos más importantes y complejos que existen en los sistemas productivos de las organizaciones, el cual en la mayoría de los casos es realizado manualmente, lo que conlleva a un incremento en los costos de producción por despilfarros de tiempo y materiales, retrasos, bajo nivel de aprovechamiento de los recursos, entre otros. Se establece para Litográficas J. Luis Pieruccini un sistema de planeación y programación de la producción bajo un horizonte de planeación a corto y muy corto plazo, partiendo del hecho que su sistema productivo es intermitente bajo un ambiente ‚™Job-shop™™, siendo su producción discreta repetitiva y obteniendo productos a medida del cliente. Se propone un método heurístico aplicado en el software PapeLito diseñado y desarrollado en el presente proyecto, herramienta de aplicación que apoya la toma de decisiones de la organización buscando fortalecimiento interno.

Litograficas J Luis Pieruccin facing this managerial dynamics took the challenge of undertaking a cycle of changes through the development of this study, which plans to improvement the company, by means of the reorganization of the productive system. The purposes of the study is design and implement a planning system of the production applied in Litográficas J. Luis Pieruccini and realize the raising of a methodology of solution implemented in the software PapeLito. The planning of the production is one of the most important and complex procedures that exist in the productive systems of the organizations, which in most cases is realized manually, which increase the costs of production because squandering of time and materials, delays, low level of utilization of the resources and others. It is established for Litograficas J. Luis Pieruccini a system of planning and programming of the production under a horizon of planning to short and very short term, departing from the fact that his productive system is an indicator below an environment "Job-shop", being his production discreet repetitive and obtaining products in proportion to the client. There proposes a heuristic model applied in the software PapeLito designed and developed in the present project, tool of application that supports the capture of decisions of the organization looking for internal strengthening.
