dc.description.abstractEste trabajo se realizó con el objeto de analizar las ventajas y desventajas de la formulación del Plan de Manejo Ambiental Integral para las áreas que involucran la producción de crudo (sísmica, perforación y producción) en la industria de hidrocarburo. Por tal razón el alcance se orienta a formular recomendaciones para generar un PMA Integral que sea funcional para los campos de producción de crudo, en el cual se contemplen las tres operaciones. Para el desarrollo de la actividad productiva de los campos, Ecopetrol S.A. se ha visto en la necesidad de realizar diferentes PMA adicionales para el desarrollo de las actividades de sísmica y perforación. Para la realización de este tipo de documentos se debe tener en cuenta las áreas geográficas a intervenir (influencia de distintos municipios con relieves geográficos notablemente diferenciables), lo cual puede hacer un poco complejo la formulación de ciertos programas de seguimiento planteados en el PMA Integral. Téngase en cuenta que es posible realizar un PMA Integral para las tres actividades, puesto que los lineamientos dados por el MAVDT para seguimiento y control ambiental están formulados con las mismas características. Se recomienda la revisión de los requerimientos existentes para el desarrollo de los campos de producción y concatenar estos con los nuevos planteamientos formulados para desarrollos futuros.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis study was conducted to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the formulation of Integrated Environmental Management Plan for areas involved in the production of crude oil (seismic, drilling and production) in the hydrocarbon industry. For this reason the range is aimed at making recommendations to generate a comprehensive PMA that is functional for the production of oil fields, which are referred to the three operations. For the development of the productive activity of the fields, Ecopetrol SA seen in the need for different additional PMA for the development of seismic activities and drilling. To achieve this kind of documents should take into account the geographical areas involved (influence of different municipalities with significantly differentiated geographical relief), which may make some complex formulation of certain monitoring programs outlined in the PMA Integral. Please note that can make an PMA Integral for the three activities, that the limits given by the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Territorial Development for environmental monitoring and control are formulated with the same characteristics. We recommend the revision of existing requirements for the development of production fields and concatenate this with the new proposals made for future developments, additionally take into account the other guides the formulation of environmental studies raises the Ministry of Environment.
