dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo evidenciar la implementación de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) al plan de estudios y a las estrategias de enseñanza de la asignatura Derecho Laboral, dentro del semestre académico 2024-2, a través de la modalidad práctica en docencia. Para ello, durante el periodo 2024-1, se llevó a cabo el Curso de Formación Docente para la Enseñanza Apoyada con TIC, ofrecido por el CEDEUIS, adquiriendo así las herramientas necesarias para la creación del Aula Virtual de Aprendizaje mediante la plataforma institucional Moodle, la cual fue diseñada a partir de la planeación docente realizada por parte de la docente. Se crearon 6 unidades temáticas que contaron con su espacio propio dentro del Aula Virtual; el cual, a su vez, contenía los temas, lecturas, material de apoyo y actividades que serían realizadas en cada una de estas unidades. Fueron aplicadas diversas actividades de manera virtual, con el fin de facilitar al estudiante el acceso a los recursos y la entrega; y al docente/practicante, la recolección de la información. Adicionalmente, se brindó acompañamiento en el tiempo de estudio independiente de los estudiantes, llevando a cabo asesorías de refuerzo dirigidas por la practicante, con programación anticipada de estas jornadas, en agendamiento y puesta en práctica mediante el uso de las plataformas digitales como Google Meet. A su vez, la practicante impartió una clase por corte de manera presencial con base en técnicas metodológicas como: expositiva, aula invertida y estudio de casos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis degree project aims to highlight the implementation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) into the curriculum and teaching strategies of the Labor Law course during the 2024-2 semester, through the practical teaching modality. To achieve this, during the first period of the practice, the Teacher Training Course for Teaching Supported by ICT, offered by CEDEUIS, was completed, thus acquiring the necessary tools for the creation of the Virtual Learning Classroom using the institutional Moodle platform. This platform was designed based on the teaching plan created by the instructor in collaboration with the practitioner. Six thematic units were established, each with its own space within the Virtual Classroom, which included the topics, readings, support materials, and activities to be carried out in each unit. Various virtual activities were applied to facilitate student access to resources and submissions, while also assisting the instructor/practitioner in collecting the information. Additionally, support was provided during students' independent study time, through reinforcement sessions led by the practitioner, with prior scheduling and implementation using digital platforms such as Google Meet. Furthermore, the practitioner delivered one in-person class per term based on methodological techniques such as: lectures, flipped classroom, and case studies.
