| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto consiste en la creación de un departamento de formación musical en el centro de rehabilitación de menores Fundación Hogares Claret del municipio de Piedecuesta, departamento de Santander. Durante seis niveles semestrales se impartirá enseñanza musical teórico práctica en vocalización, guitarra, piano, percusión e instrumentos de viento. El propósito principal consiste en conformar una banda de vientos con los jóvenes internos que permita convertirla en patrimonio cultural de la institución, contribuyendo a fortalecer los servicios vocacionales de la Fundación y a formar personas que sean productivas a la sociedad. El análisis incluyó estudios de mercados, técnico, administrativo y financiero tomando como base las necesidades reales y la condición social de la población que hace parte de la Fundación. El proyecto tiene connotación social y su evaluación es cualitativa, es decir se mide en el valor agregado que genera a la sociedad en desarrollo humano, social y cultural, mejoramiento de la calidad de vida, y a la generación de empleo. La posibilidad de realizarlo depende en un 87.71% de la gestión que se haga respecto a la adquisición de recursos representados en un 56.14% en el salario de los profesores y en un 31.57 % en instrumentos musicales. Instituciones públicas y privadas como la Gobernación de Santander, el Ministerio de Cultura y Ong´s extranjeras históricamente han patrocinado y financiando este tipo de proyectos. Respecto a la disponibilidad de estos recursos el humano se encuentra presente a través de profesionales egresados de la Universidad Industrial de Santander y los instrumentos musicales se encuentran fácilmente en el mercado. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The project consists of the creation of a department of musical formation in the adolescents' rehabilitation Fundación Hogares Claret of the municipality of Piedecuesta, department of Santander. During six semiannual levels musical teaching will give itself practical theoretician in vocalización, guitar, piano, percussion and wind instruments. The main purpose consists of conforming a band of winds with the internal youths that permit to become patrimony cultural of the institution, contributing to fortify the vocational services of the Foundation and to form people that be productive to the company. The analysis included market research, technical, administrative and financier taking as base the real needs and the social condition of the population that does part of the Foundation. The project has social connotation and its evaluation is qualitative, that is to say is measured in the aggregate value that generates to the company in cultural, social, and human development, improvement of the quality of life, and to the generation of employment. The possibility to carry out depends in a 87.71% of the management that be done with respect to the acquisition of resources represented in a 56.14% in the salary of the professors and in a 31.57% in musical instruments. Private and public institutions as the Government of Santander, the Department of Culture and Ngo´s foreign historically have sponsored and financing this type of projects. With respect to the availability of these resources the human is found present through professionals graduates of the Industrial University of Santander and the musical instruments are found easily in the market. | |
