dc.description.abstractLa planeación presupuestal con enfoque de género se ha convertido en un reto importante para las instituciones y gobiernos nacionales. La Universidad Industrial de Santander no ha estado exenta a este reto, pues por medio del Acuerdo del Consejo Superior No. 022 de 2018 que aprueba la Política de Equidad de Género de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, esta institución se ha comprometido con abordar las desigualdades y la reivindicación de los derechos de las mujeres y personas OSIGD. Teniendo esto en cuenta, a través de este informe se busca evaluar la incorporación de la perspectiva de género en la planeación presupuestal de la Universidad, una vez se comprende esta incorporación como una importante herramienta para la disminución de la desigualdad de género acorde a los lineamientos del Plan de Igualdad de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. Para realizar esta evaluación, se requirió hacer una revisión documental de otras instituciones tanto educativas como gubernamentales, que ya han avanzado en la implementación de un enfoque de género en sus procesos de elaboración de presupuesto. Como fruto de esta revisión, se obtiene una batería de calificación y una lista de criterios que permitió evaluar el proceso de planeación presupuestal de la Universidad Industrial de Santander.
dc.description.abstractenglishBudget planning with a gender perspective has become an important challenge for national institutions and governments. The Universidad Industrial de Santander has not been exempt from this challenge, since through Agreement 022 of 2018 that approves the Gender Equality Policy of the Universidad Industrial de Santander, this institution has committed to addressing inequality gaps and demanding of the rights of women. Taking this into account, through this report we seek to evaluate the incorporation of the gender perspective in the budget planning of the University, once this incorporation is understood as an important tool for reducing gender inequality according to the guidelines of the Equality Plan of the Universidad Industrial de Santander. To carry out this evaluation, it was necessary to make a documentary review of other institutions, both educational and governmental, that have already made progress in implementing a gender approach in their budgeting processes. As a result of this review, a rating battery and a list of criteria were obtained that allowed evaluating the budget planning process of the Universidad Industrial de Santander.
