dc.description.abstractEl Programa de Tecnología Empresarial del Instituto de Proyección Regional y Educación a Distancia (IPRED) de la Universidad Industrial de Santander(UIS), solicitó a las autoras de este Trabajo de Grado rediseñar el sitio Emprendedores Virtual para presentar las ideas de negocio del evento académico científico Emprendedores de los estudiantes de Nivel VI. Para ello, se indagó en diversas páginas relacionadas con emprendimiento internacional, nacional y regional. Esta dinamización se hizo con el apoyo de los auxiliares de virtualización del IPRED, quienes basados en la propuesta presentada rediseñaron el sitio y lo hicieron funcional, permitiendo que en él, los estudiantes que se presentan en el evento académico científico Emprendedores y que pertenecen al Programa de Tecnología Empresarial, muestren a través de un video construido por ellos mismos y mediante diapositivas realizadas bajo la plantilla de la UIS, su idea de negocio, dejando abierta la posibilidad de recibir opiniones al respecto. De otra parte y con el fin de aprovechar al máximo esta iniciativa y en un futuro sea punto de referencia y consulta para otras instituciones, se crearon estrategias de divulgación tales como publicidad en redes sociales, e-mails, medios de comunicación de la UIS y espacios en páginas institucionales de algunas empresas que promueven el emprendimiento. Se diseñaron manuales para los estudiantes que facilitarán la realización de los vídeos y presentaciones en power point con la correspondiente plantilla, así mismo se realizaron dos vídeos como ejemplos para los estudiantes y se describió el proceso a seguir por parte no solo de los estudiantes sino de los tutores y del equipo de auxiliares que apoyarán la administración del sitio. El visitante podrá acceder a la página a través del http://ead.uis.edu.co/empresarial , dando clic en el módulo Emprendedores y luego en Ideas Emprendedoras, o directamente por la dirección http://ead.uis.edu.co/emprendedores/virtual .
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Business Technology Program of the Institute for Regional Projection and Distance Education (IPRED) of the Industrial University of Santander (UIS), requested the authors of this degree work to redesign the website Virtual Entrepreneurs to present the business ideas of the academical and scientific event Entrepreneurs of the VI level students. To do so, diverse international, national and regional websites related to entrepreneurship where consulted. , whom based on the presented proposal, redesigned the web site and made it functional, allowing students present in the academic and scientific event Entrepreneurs and whom belong to the Business Technology Program, to show through a video built by themselves and through slide shows made under the UIS template, their own business idea, opening them to the possibilities of external opinión. On the other hand, and to seize the opportunity at maximum and hoping it to be a reference to other institutions, strategies of divulgation were created, such as social network publicity, e-communication system and sponsorship spaces in institutional web sites that promote entrepreneurship. To ease the realization of the videos and slides with the UIS template, manuals for students were designed, also two videos were prepared as examples to the students. Also the process necessary by the students, tutors and auxiliaries that will support the administration of the site was described in detail.
