dc.description.abstract	El “Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora de prendas de vestir casual femeninas en la ciudad de Barranquilla”, se desarrolló con el objetivo de analizar la viabilidad comercial, técnica, administrativa y financiera de esta nueva idea de negocio. Esta iniciativa surge de la autora del proyecto, quien, insatisfecha al no encontrar ropa que reflejará sus gustos y estilo de vida, decide formalizar una propuesta. Se realizó una investigación exploratoria descriptiva, con enfoque cuantitativo, utilizando la encuesta como técnica, aplicada de manera directa con apoyo del cuestionario formulado en Google forms a 150 mujeres de Barranquilla, en el rango de edad entre los 16 y 45 años. El proyecto consta de cuatro estudios: de mercados, el cual determinó que el 94% de la población objetivo, compra ropa casual, con una frecuencia de 6,4 veces/año, adquiriendo 2,6 prendas por compra. La demanda efectiva fue de 4.032.387 prendas/año y el canal de comercialización es directo. El estudio técnico definió la capacidad instalada con 9.289 prendas/año; tiempo de producción 56 minutos/prenda y se busca iniciar con el 70%, incrementándose anualmente un 2%. Con el estudio administrativo, se decidió constituir una Sociedad por Acciones Simplificadas (S.A.S) y se estableció la estructura organizacional, junto con la asignación salarial. El estudio financiero demostró que se requiere una inversión fija y diferida de $31.006.900 y capital de trabajo $146.407.889 para un total de inversión de $177.414.789. El punto de equilibrio se alcanzará cuando se obtenga el 64,16% de la producción, es decir 3.385 prendas, o ventas de $192.660.922. El valor Presente Neto (VPN) fue de $ $85.655.107, la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) fue del 38,01% y el Período de recuperación de la inversión se dará a los dos años, seis meses y once días; Por tanto, se considera el proyecto viable.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The "Feasibility Study for the Creation of a Women's Casual Clothing Manufacturing Company in the City of Barranquilla" was developed to analyze the commercial, technical, administrative, and financial viability of this new business idea. This initiative arose from the project's author, who, dissatisfied with not finding clothing that reflected her tastes and lifestyle, decided to formalize a proposal. An exploratory, descriptive, quantitative research study was conducted using a survey technique. The survey was directly administered with the support of a Google Forms questionnaire to 150 women in Barranquilla, aged 16 to 45. The project consists of four studies: a market study, which determined that 94% of the target population purchases casual clothing 6.4 times per year, purchasing 2.6 items per purchase. Effective demand was 4,032,387 items per year, and the marketing channel is direct. The technical study defined installed capacity at 9,289 items per year; production time was 56 minutes per item, and the goal is to start at 70%, increasing by 2% annually. Following the administrative study, the decision was made to establish a Simplified Joint Stock Company (S.A.S.), and the organizational structure and salary allocation were established. The financial study showed that a fixed and deferred investment of $31,006,900 and working capital of $146,407,889 are required for a total investment of $177,414,789. The break-even point will be reached when 64.16% of production is achieved, i.e., 3,385 garments, or sales of $192,660,922. The Net Present Value (NPV) was $85,655,107, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) was 38.01%, and the payback period will be two years, six months, and eleven days. Therefore, the project is considered viable.
