dc.description.abstractEl Sitio Web de la EISI se ha convertido en el medio de comunicación e información más importante con el que cuentan sus usuarios, por esto cada uno de sus aportes se convierten en un elemento indispensable y primordial para la mejora continua de los servicios que el sitio ofrece, permitiendo así la consolidación del Sitio Web de la EISI como herramienta que construye comunidad. El grupo de desarrollo de software Calumet se ha encargado de la implementación de nuevos servicios y mejoras en los módulos que lo componen. Es así, que se considera esencial la mejora del buzón de sugerencias, para permitir que a través de este los usuarios tengan un canal de comunicación más confiable con los administradores del sitio y así darles a conocer sus inquietudes, y sugerencias, a las cuales los administradores les pueden dar su respectivo tratamiento. A través del buzón de sugerencias del sitio nació la idea crear y modificar módulos de importancia para los usuarios. Uno de estos servicios desarrollado durante el proyecto es Mis Datos, el cual permite a los usuarios consultar su información personal de interés. El sitio Web de la EISI, pretende ser un sitio mas agradable y dinámico para sus usuarios y administradores, por esto se creo el servicio para los administradores de cambiar la imagen del banner, haciendo de esta una tarea sencilla y rápida. Finalmente, con el objeto de lograr que los usuarios del portal Web de la EISI estén interactuando constantemente con él, e informándose de los sucesos que están próximos a ocurrir o que trascurrieron en los últimos días, se considero pertinente llevar un informe de dicha agenda al índex que es sin duda alguna la interfaz de más visitada.
dc.description.abstractenglishProgressively the EISI Web Site has become the most important medium of communication and information for their users. Therefore, all their contributions and suggestions are necessary and fundamental for constant enrichment and improvement of the services that the Web Site offers, allowing in this way the EISI Web Site consolidation as a tool that allows building a community. That's why Calumet Software Development Team has carry out the implementation of new and dynamic services and improvement of some modules which constitutes the Web Site. Thus, is essential an improvement of the suggestions box in order to allow users to have a more reliable and precise way of communication with the Web Site's administrators and this way to let them knowing user's questions, proposals, and suggestions which administrators may give a respective treatment. It's remarkable that suggestions box led to the idea to create and to modify some important modules for users. One of this services that was also developed during the project is My Data, which allows users to consult in an easy, fast and direct way their personal information. The EISI's Web Site as well as any other one, attempts to be friendlier, more dynamic and nicer, not only for its users but for their administrators too. That's why an exclusive service for administrators to change in a dynamic way the banner's picture was created, fast and easy job. Finally, aiming to achieve a constant interaction of the users with the EISI Web portal, and getting them informed of the events that are next to occur or the latest ones, it was considered appropriated to have an agenda's report on the index page which is undoubtedly the most visited one, in order to guarantee that users get daily and directly the school's schedule.
