dc.description.abstractEste trabajo de grado tiene como finalidad la creación de un repertorio para banda sinfónica en proceso de formación, que pueda ser utilizado como herramienta pedagógica en los diferentes procesos que día a día surgen a lo largo del territorio colombiano y especialmente en el departamento de Santander. Los arreglos y adaptaciones propuestos fueron creados teniendo en cuenta los estándares internacionales de escritura para agrupaciones con formato de banda sinfónica y los establecidos para el contexto colombiano por el compositor Victoriano Valencia Rincón. También se tuvieron en cuenta los conceptos básicos de armonía funcional. Fueron seleccionadas cinco obras del folclor colombiano, en ritmos totalmente contrastantes y pertenecientes a las diversas regiones del país, logrando de esta manera que el producto final de este trabajo sea variado y llamativo para los niños, niñas y jóvenes que lo interpretarán. Obras musicales seleccionadas: Ligia (cumbia), Julia Julia (rumba carranguera), Ay si si (joropo), Velo que bonito (bunde chocoano) y Pueblito viejo (vals). Estos arreglos y adaptaciones pretenden integrar y ayudar en la conservación de nuestra identidad cultural, generando conciencia y respeto por las tradiciones musicales propias de cada región colombiana; de igual manera, buscan fortalecer las relaciones personales y sociales, el trabajo en conjunto y el respeto por el otro, sin dejar a un lado las ganancias en la formación técnica e instrumental.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis degree work has the purpose of creating a repertoire for the symphonic band in the process of formation, which can be used as a pedagogical tool in the different processes that arise every day throughout the Colombian territory and especially in the department of Santander The proposed arrangements and adaptations were created taking into account the international writing standards for groupings with symphonic band format and those established for the Colombian context by the composer Victoriano Valencia Rincón. The basic concepts of functional harmony were also taken into account. Five works of Colombian folklore were selected, in totally contrasting rhythms and belonging to the different regions of the country, thus achieving that the final product of this work is varied and striking for the children and young people who will interpret it. Selected musical works: Ligia (cumbia), Julia Julia (rumba carranguera), Ay si si (joropo), Velo que bonito (bunde chocoano) and Pueblito viejo (waltz). These arrangements and adaptations are intended to integrate and assist in the conservation of our cultural identity, generating awareness and respect for the musical traditions of each Colombian region; In the same way, they seek to strengthen personal and social relationships, work together and respect for the other, without leaving aside the gains in technical and instrumental training.
