dc.description.abstractEsta investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar de qué manera una propuesta pedagógica utilizando la biblioteca virtual en el contexto de las TIC, fomentó la motivación por la lectura en estudiantes de tercer grado de básica primaria en una institución educativa del municipio de Becerril departamento del Cesar. La metodología aplicada fue la investigación acción (McKernan, 1996) con enfoque cualitativo, el cual orienta a una transformación educativa. La investigación estuvo encaminada en despertar la motivación por la lectura, integrando las TIC al proceso lector en los estudiantes, lo que permitió generar espacios de aprendizaje y aumentar la importancia de la lectura. Por otra parte, se logró en los niños el goce y disfrute por leer cuentos, fabulas, leyendas, mitos, etc. Además, se fortalecieron las relaciones afectivas y la comprensión de los distintos tipos de textos. En cuanto, a las teorías planteadas y el diagnóstico realizado, se planeó y aplicó talleres investigativos, utilizando las bibliotecas virtuales como: El Desafío leer 20-20, el Libro total y la biblioteca del Banco de la República. De igual manera, se realizó acompañamiento extracurricular por parte de la docente investigadora. Los talleres y el club virtual de lecturas, permitió incrementar la motivación, el gusto y mejorar los procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe general objective of this research was to determine how a pedagogical proposal using the virtual library in the context of ICTs promoted motivation for reading in third grade students of primary school in an educational institution in the municipality of Becerril, department of Cesar. The applied methodology was action research (McKernan, 1996) with a qualitative approach, which guides an educational transformation. The research was aimed at awakening motivation for reading, integrating ICT to the reading process in students, which allowed generating learning spaces and increasing the importance of reading. On the other hand, the enjoyment and enjoyment of reading stories, fables, legends, myths, etc., was achieved in children. In addition, affective relationships and understanding of the different types of texts were strengthened. Regarding the theories raised and the diagnosis made, investigative workshops were planned and applied, using virtual libraries such as: The Challenge to read 20-20, the Total Book and the library of the Bank of the Republic. In the same way, extracurricular accompaniment was carried out by the research teacher. The workshops and the virtual reading club, allowed to increase motivation, taste and improve teaching-learning processes.
