dc.description.abstractEsta investigación examina el asunto documental correspondencia, desde un ámbito histórico y archivístico, tomando de caso la Alcaldía de Bucaramanga durante los años 2000- 2007. Aspectos técnicos e investigativos se tienen en cuenta para formular la importancia del asunto documental y poder situar a la administración en un plano histórico. Principalmente se ha puesto atención al análisis archivísticos y normativos de la serie analizada, teniendo en cuenta la administración de archivos en el periodo propuesto. Tomando como fuente principal la correspondencia, las comunicaciones, los actos oficiales y otras tipologías, que entraron y circularon como correspondencia en las dependencias de la Alcaldía. Al mismo tiempo, se realiza un proceso de ordenación, conservación preventiva y salvaguarda a las series: consecutivos de correspondencia y registro de correspondencia; a fin de garantizar el proceso técnico de realización de los inventarios documentales FUID. Teniendo en cuenta durante el procedimiento, el tratamiento técnico y normativo que exige el Archivo General de la Nación: el Acuerdo 005 del 2013, el Acuerdo AGN 042 de 2002, el Acuerdo 038 de 2002, la Ley 594 de 2000, y el Acuerdo 02 de 2004. Representando un modelo para la organización y análisis de asuntos documentales con problemáticas en su entendimiento y aplicación.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis study analyzes documentary subject correspondence from a historical and archival scope. It specifically analyzes Bucaramanga City Hall during the period of 2000 – 2007. Technical and investigative aspects are considered to develop the importance of the documentary subject and to be able to position the Mayor’s Office on a historical framework. The focus has been on archival and regulatory processes. In addition, the correspondence, communications, official acts, and other typologies that entered and circulated as correspondence in the departments of the Mayor's Office during the proposed period were taken as a main source. Simultaneously, a process of archival arrangement, preventive storage, and safeguarding of the record series was carried out with the aim of safeguarding the Single Format of Documentary Inventory (FUID for its Spanish acronym) documentary inventories’ technical process. Considering the technical and regulatory processing required by The National Archives for its implementation, such as Agreement 0005 of 2013, Agreement AGN 042 of 2002, Agreement 038 of 2002, Act 594 of 2000, and Agreement 02 of 2004. This study will serve as a model for future studies in order to better understand the application of this analytical approach.
