dc.description.abstractEste estudio tiene como objetivo caracterizar las variables utilizadas en la estimación de costos de proyectos de consultoría e interventoría para proyectos de obra pública en Colombia, mediante la recopilación de información en una base de datos extraídos de la plataforma web SECOP II, analizando el objeto, plazo, precio y factor multiplicador de dichos contratos, y comparando las variables entre sí con el propósito de observar su correlación. En los resultados obtenidos se pudo evidenciar la discordancia entre el factor multiplicador y el presupuesto de la obra, a su vez, que no hay una relación entre el número de actividades y el salario del director y el residente, tampoco se encontró una tendencia entre el salario del director y residente con respecto al plazo del contrato, finalmente se evidenció que las empresas del sector público siguen haciendo uso de los mismos factores multiplicadores sin un cambio notorio en su valor a través del tiempo.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis study aims to characterize the variables used in estimating the costs of consulting and auditing projects for public work projects in Colombia, by compiling information in a database extracted from the web platform SECOP II, analyzing the object, term, price, and multiplying factor of said contracts, and comparing the variables with each other with the purpose of observing their correlation. In the results obtained, the discordance between the multiplying factor and the budget of the public work was evident, at the same time, that there is no relationship between the number of activities and the salary of the director and the resident, nor was a trend found between the salary of the director and resident with respect to the term of the contract, finally, it was evident that public sector companies continue to use the same multiplier factors without a noticeable change in its value over time.
