| dc.description.abstract | La intención de esta investigación es determinar la viabilidad, para la reestructuración de la Empresa Procesadora de Lácteos del Municipio de Suratá, Santander Œ Colombia, así como sus diversos impactos sociales en el área de su cobertura e influencia. Inicialmente se realiza un estudio descriptivo sobre los diversos aspectos socio culturales del Municipio de Suratá Santander, se recurre a fuentes primarias y secundarias para la recolección de la información, entre ellas tesis elaboradas por los estudiantes de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, revistas especializadas, y el Esquema de Ordenamiento Territorial. La investigación se desarrolla en un marco contextual sobre antecedentes y perspectivas sobre el sector de los lácteos a nivel Internacional, Nacional y Regional, seguidamente los resultados mostrados en la investigación de mercados, y el respectivo diagnostico y planteamiento de la propuesta motivando su pronta reactivación. El proyecto tiene un horizonte a cinco años, utiliza la capacidad máxima instalada en condiciones limitadas, finalmente al complementar su planta y equipos de producción obtiene rendimientos financieros aceptables. Las conclusiones definitivas de esta investigación muestran una empresa que además de cumplir con sus asociados satisface las necesidades sociales y económicas de la región. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The intention of this investigation is to determine the viability, for the restructuring of the Company Procesary of Milky of the Municipality of Suratá, Santander - Colombia, as well as its diverse social impacts in the area of its covering and influence. Initially he/she is carried out a descriptive study on the diverse cultural aspects partner of the Municipality of Suratá Santander, it is appealed to primary sources and secondary for the gathering of the information, among them thesis elaborated by the students of the Universidad Industrial de Santander , specialized magazines, and the Outline of Territorial Classification. The investigation is developed in a contextual mark on antecedents and perspectives on the sector from the milky ones to International, National and Regional level, subsequently the results shown in the investigation of markets, and the respective one diagnose and position of the proposal motivating its prompt reactivación. The project has a horizon to five years, it uses the maximum capacity installed under limited conditions, finally when supplementing its plant and production teams he obtains acceptable financial yields. The definitive conclusions of this investigation show a company that satisfies the social and economic necessities of the region besides fulfilling their associates. | |
