Factibilidad para la creación de un centro turístico interactivo, entorno a los procesos ancestrales y elaboración artesanal de teja y ladrillo en el municipio de Barichara - Santander - Colombia

| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto es un estudio realizado para preservar los procesos ancestrales que se desarrollaban en Barichara Santander Colombia, rescatando actividades desplazadas por los avances tecnológicos, facilitando a los visitantes, mejor manejo del tiempo de estadía, divirtiéndose con la interactividad, adquiriendo conocimientos, transportándose emocionalmente a épocas remotas, desplegando en sus mentes el cuadro comparativo entre la época actual y la ancestral, por medio de una pedagogía activa de aprendizaje, iniciando con la presentación de un videoconversatorio sobre los seis procesos artesanales de Barichara y dos oficios tradicionales, en el siguiente orden: Fabricación artesanal de la teja y el ladrillo, construcción de una pared en tapia, construcción de un muro usando la técnica del Bahareque, talla de la piedra por porciones pequeñas, hilado y tejido ancestral del Fique, fabricación de utensilios de cocina en barro, dos oficios tradicionales: elaborar arepas a base de Maíz peladofl, colocar sobre el lomo de una mansa bestia o buey adiestrado, unos aperosfl amarrando con lazos dos bultos llamados cargafl acompañando la bestia en un recorrido divertido. El mercado objetivo son los turistas, habitantes del municipio, empresas turísticas hacia Barichara y la Provincia Guanentina, siendo apropiado para la prestación de los servicios, esperando captar la totalidad del mismo, de carácter único en la región, mercado potencial amplio y con capacidad de satisfacerlo, ubicado en la vereda Guayabal de Barichara, finca Sabana del Monte, propiedad del Autor, capacidad diseñada para 15000 personas, utilizada para atender 11.684 por año, su creación requiere invertir $72.964.758, contemplando construcciones, implementos, herramientas, instrumentos necesarios para el proyecto, genera impactos positivos en el ámbito social y ambiental, por su actividad artesanal, los insumos requeridos de fácil obtención sin afectar el medio ambiente, el punto de equilibrio de 544 visitantes por mes, la evaluación financiera analizó los factores: valor presente neto, tasa interna de retorno, relación beneficio-costo concluyendo que los tres son positivos para el proyecto, demostrando la viabilidad para su ejecución | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The project is a study carried out to preserve the ancestral processes that were developed in Barichara Santander Colombia, rescuing activities displaced by the technological advances, facilitating to the visitors, better handling of the time of demurrage, having a good time with the interactividad, acquiring knowledge, being transported emotionally to remote times, deploying in its minds the comparative square between the current time and the ancestral one, by means of an active pedagogy of learning, beginning with the presentation of a videoconversatorio on the six handmade processes of Barichara and two traditional occupations, in the following order: Handmade production of the tile and the brick, construction of a wall in wall, construction of a wall using the technique of the Bahareque, it carves of the stone for small, spun portions and ancestral fabric of the Fique, production of kitchen utensils in mud, two traditional occupations: to elaborate round maize loaves with the help of "peeled Corn", to place on the loin of a meek beast or trained ox, some "farm tools" tiing with knots two called bundles "it loads" accompanying the beast in an amusing journey. The objective market is the tourists, inhabitants of the municipality, tourist companies toward Barichara and the County Guanentina, being appropriate for the benefit of the services, hoping to capture the entirety of the same one, of unique character in the region, market wide potential and with capacity of satisfying it, located in the sidewalk Guayabal of Barichara, property Savanna of the Mount, property of the Author, capacity designed for 15000 people, used to assist 11.684 per year, its creation requires to invest $72.964.758, contemplating constructions, implements, tools, necessary instruments for the project, it generates positive impacts in the social and environmental environment, for its handmade activity, the required inputs of easy obtaining without affecting the environment, the point of 544 visitors' balance per month, the financial evaluation analyzed the factors: net present value, appraises it interns of return, relationship benefit-cost concluding that the three are positive for the project, demonstrating the viability for its execution | |
