dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene el objetivo de potenciar las competencias metalingüísticas en estudiantes de Lingüística II, a partir de la apropiación de conceptos gramaticales sustentados en enfoques modernos (descriptivo, funcional y pragmático). La temática abordada fue el tiempo verbal pretérito. La metodología utilizada está compuesta por una triada: unas diapositivas que presentan la teoría de una forma interactiva y participativa; un taller con ejercicios sobre las diferencias entre los tiempos perfectos e imperfectos; y una evaluación con actividades centradas en los cambios verbales y sus implicaciones semánticas. Entre los resultados más relevantes están: la comprensión de conceptos como el valor semántico de cada tiempo verbal, las relaciones de dependencia entre los tiempos verbales; y las dificultades para establecer no solo relaciones entre el contexto de la oración y ciertos tiempos, sino también en vínculo entre el presente y el paso en el pretérito perfecto compuesto. Por último, el estudio llegó a diversas conclusiones, entre las que se destacan: la importancia de realizar procesos de retroalimentación para fortalecer nociones teóricas; la evidencia de aprendizaje permite inferir que los estudiantes se apropiaron de conceptos gramaticales como marco temporal, propiedades episódicas e inherentes, orden temporal (verbos concatenados), etc; y la pertinencia de los enfoques mencionados para la adquisición de aprendizajes significativos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis research aims to enhance metalinguistic skills in Linguistics II students, based on the appropriation of grammatical concepts based on modern approaches (descriptive, functional and pragmatic). The topic addressed was the past tense. The methodology used is made up of a triad: some slides that present the theory in an interactive and participatory way; a workshop with exercises on the differences between perfect and imperfect tenses; and an evaluation with activities focused on verbal changes and their semantic implications. Among the most relevant results are: the understanding of concepts such as the semantic value of each verb tense, continuous and completed actions, and the dependency relationships between verb tenses; and the difficulties in establishing not only relationships between the context of the sentence and certain tenses, but also the link between the present and the passage in the past perfect compound. Finally, the study reached various conclusions, among which the following stand out: the need to encourage student participation with practical questions; the importance of carrying out feedback processes to strengthen theoretical notions; the learning evidence allows us to infer that the students appropriated grammatical concepts such as time frame, episodic and inherent properties, time order (concatenated verbs), etc; and the relevance of the approaches mentioned for the acquisition of significant learning.
