dc.description.abstractDEL CONTENIDO: El siglo XXI exige una demanda educativa que logre replantearse los modelos tradicionales de liderazgo y que apueste por un enfoque centrado en lo pedagógico, lo transformacional y distribuido, el liderazgo del maestro y su participación en la escuela junto con su desarrollo profesional. El liderazgo pedagógico del maestro engloba estos aspectos y se perfila en la investigación educativa como el modelo más efectivo para lograr mejoras en las instituciones educativas. Se hace un abordaje teórico-conceptual del liderazgo docente y liderazgo pedagógico, refiriendo a sus elementos y características que abordan cada una de ellas y su papel en la escuela. La investigación se abordó desde el enfoque hermenéutico con un diseño de revisión documental que permite identificar las concepciones de liderazgo más recurrentes en las escuelas y de esta misma manera logra identificar los elementos y características que definen estas concepciones, esta propuesta permite retroalimentar el rol del liderazgo del maestro y su quehacer diario, ya que brinda herramientas y ejemplos de dirección escolar eficaz y efectivas. Los resultados de la investigación cubrirán con mayor compresión los modelos de liderazgo desde la perspectiva de diversos investigadores y autores, generando una propuesta pedagógica que dinamice espacios en la promoción del liderazgo en directivos, maestros, estudiantes y padres de familia.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe 21st century demands an educational demand that manages to rethink traditional models of leadership and that opts for an approach centered on the pedagogical, the transformational and distributed, the leadership of the teacher and his participation in the school along with his professional development. The pedagogical leadership of the teacher encompasses these aspects and is outlined in educational research as the most effective model to achieve improvements in educational institutions. A theoretical-conceptual approach to teaching leadership and pedagogical leadership is made, referring to its elements and characteristics that address each of them and their role in school. The research was approached from the hermeneutic approach with a documentary review design that allows identifying the most recurring conceptions of leadership in schools and in this same way manages to identify the elements and characteristics that define these conceptions, this proposal allows feedback on the role of leadership of the teacher and his daily chores, as he provides tools and examples of effective and effective school leadership. The results of the research will cover leadership models with greater understanding from the perspective of various researchers and authors, generating a pedagogical proposal that stimulates spaces in leadership promotion for managers, teachers, students and parents.
