dc.description.abstractEn Santander se presentan en los maestros formas de organización emergentes-autogestionarias, autónomas- como es el caso de las mesas por la calidad de la Educación que muestran esta dimensión en su desempeño . Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo: analizar los componentes de las concepciones pedagógicas, los enfoques en la formación y las experiencias que han contribuido al desarrollo de la dimensión sociopolítica de los maestros que integran la mesa por la calidad de la educación de Floridablanca.(M.C.E.F.) La investigación se realizó dentro de un enfoque cualitativo con la propuesta metodológica de la teoría fundada la cual se sustenta en el interaccionismo simbólico en tanto que el objeto a investigar, no es parte de la cultura en general o productos culturales en particular, sino los procesos de interacción a través de los cuales se produce la realidad social en el campo de acción de las integrantes del colectivo. Lo teórico se fundamenta en los planteamientos de Paulo Freire para quien la vocación ontológica del hombre es la de ser sujeto y no objeto, y ésta sólo puede ganarse reflexionando sobre las relaciones espacio-temporales. En las concepciones aparecen los siguientes componentes: a) La comprensión del papel social de la educación, de la escuela y del maestro como gestor de planes, programas y proyectos, b) reconceptualización de lo moral y lo ético, c) ampliación del concepto tradicional de pedagogía, d) comprensión del papel político de la educación. Las experiencias de las maestras en contextos sociales caracterizados por la marginación y exclusión fueron factor determinante para el desarrollo de la dimensión sociopolítica. La formación de las maestras del colectivo, se caracterizó por centrarse entre el afán transmisionista de conocimientos, la formación en valores religiosos y la disciplina entendida como orden y lo cual no contribuyó a la formación de la dimensión sociopolítica..

This investigation had as objective: to analyze the components of the pedagogic conceptions, the focuses in the formation and the experiences that have contributed to the development of the sociopolitical dimension of the teachers that you/they integrate the table for the quality of the education of Floridablanca. The investigation was carried out inside a qualitative focus with the methodological proposal of the founded theory which is sustained in the symbolic interaccionismo as long as the object to investigate, is not part of the culture in general or cultural products in particular, but the interaction processes through which the social reality takes place in the field of the members' of the community action. The theoretical thing is based in the positions of Paulo I will Fry for who the man's ontologic vocation is the one of being subject and I don't object, and this can only be won meditating on the relationships space-storms. In the conceptions the following components appear: to) The understanding of the social paper of the education, of the school and of the teacher like agent of plans, programs and projects, b) reconceptualización of the moral thing and the ethical thing, c) amplification of the traditional concept of pedagogy, d) understanding of the political paper of the education. The experiences of the teachers in social contexts characterized by the marginación and exclusion were decisive factor for the development of the sociopolitical dimension. The formation of the teachers of the community, was characterized to be centered among the desire transmisionista of knowledge, the formation in values religious and the discipline understood as order and that which didn't contribute to the formation of the sociopolitical dimension..
