dc.description.abstractEn el presente documento, se encuentra una propuesta basada en una estrategia que le apunta a fortalecer el pensamiento crítico en los estudiantes, a través del uso de una herramienta de alto auge en la actualidad llamada Facebook. Para efectos de profundizar sobre el problema que surge a través de la pregunta: ¿De qué manera una estrategia didáctica que involucre el uso del Facebook promueve el pensamiento crítico en los estudiantes del grado noveno? , las investigadoras consultaron sobre el pensamiento crítico y las habilidades más relevantes que se deben tener en cuenta al momento de promoverlo en los estudiantes, así como lo pertinente a la competencia comunicativa desde los lineamientos curriculares de Lengua Castellana, a través de procesos como leer, escribir, hablar y escuchar. Además se tuvieron en cuenta la teoría socio-constructivista y lo relacionado al impacto del Facebook en nuestra sociedad. Otro aspecto importante es el diseño metodológico que se propone, en donde se escoge un enfoque cualitativo con diseño de investigación acción, que permita realizar inicialmente un diagnóstico, seguido de una fase de reflexión, para luego plantear un taller investigativo y finalmente hacer el análisis de los datos en una nueva fase de reflexión. Las fases del taller investigativo se planten de forma detallada, al igual que las técnicas e instrumentos que se vallan a utilizar.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this document we propose a strategy to strengthen students’ critical thought process through Facebook, which is a very powerful tool of communications in these modern times. In order to go deeper into this idea the following question has been formulated: How can a practical strategy like the use of Facebook help improve the mental process of kids from the ninth grade? The researchers consulted about the critical thought process and its most relevant abilities when they are applied to the students and also how this process affects the communication skills in the Spanish language through reading, writing, talking and listening. Furthermore it was taken into account the theory of Socio – constructionism and everything related to the Facebook impact on our society. Another important aspect is the proposed tidy desigh in which a qualitative focus is chosen for the active investigation that will allow to create a diagnose followed by a reflection phase and an investigative workshop giving way to a new reflection phase from a data analysis. The workshop investigation phases are proposed in a very detailed way as well as the tools and techniques that will be used.
