dc.description.abstractProyecto de grado que se desarrolló mediante la modalidad de práctica docente, en esta el estudiante que aspira al título de abogado, se capacitó en pedagogía y el uso de herramientas de tecnologías de información y telecomunicaciones; enfocadas a la docencia universitaria, con ello aplicó el conocimiento adquirido y trasladó a un Aula Moodle la totalidad de las unidades del contenido programático de la asignatura Seguridad Social, elaborando herramientas didácticas, dinámicas e interactivas, consolidando con ello una fuente de apoyo constante al docente del área y facilitando a este su rol de mediador en el proceso de adquisición de conocimiento del estudiante. Si bien, el temario de la asignatura es extenso, se logró el desarrollo de recursos pedagógicos y audiovisuales para cada una de sus unidades y se realizaron sesiones docentes en donde el practicante interactuó con los estudiantes, liderando espacios de clase, desarrollando talleres, evaluando competencias e incentivando el uso del Aula Moodle. La creación de la presente aula virtual permitió al estudiante de seguridad social visualizar y tener a su alcance la totalidad de los recursos y presentaciones de la asignatura desde el inicio del semestre, y puso a su disposición herramientas que podrán utilizar durante el desarrollo de las clases, pero también en su consultorio jurídico y la práctica profesional del derecho, adicionalmente, beneficiará a futuros estudiantes de la asignatura.
dc.description.abstractenglishDegree project developed through the teaching practice mode, in which the student aspiring to the title of lawyer was trained in pedagogy and the use of information and telecommunications technologies tools focused on university teaching. With this, the acquired knowledge was applied, and the entire content units of the Social Security subject were transferred to a Moodle classroom, developing didactic, dynamic, and interactive tools, thus consolidating a constant support source for the area's teacher and facilitating their role as a mediator in the student's knowledge acquisition process. Although the subject's syllabus is extensive, the development of pedagogical and audiovisual resources for each of its units was achieved, and two teaching sessions were conducted addressing the topics of the conceptual and institutional origin of social security and occupational risks, leaving the respective evidence. The creation of this virtual classroom allowed the social security student to visualize and have access to all the resources and presentations of the subject from the beginning of the semester, and provided them with tools that they can use during the classes, but also in their legal consulting and professional practice of law. Additionally, it will benefit future students of the subject.
