dc.description.abstractEsta propuesta pedagógica tuvo el objetivo principal de desarrollar una propuesta de intervención pedagógica encaminada a la prevención de riesgos psicosociales y la promoción de los derechos humanos en la comunidad educativa del I.E Instituto Técnico Nacional de Comercio-Sede A para garantizar su desarrollo personal, familiar y social. Este documento desarrollado en primera instancia por la contextualización estructural y espacial de la institución educativa. En segunda instancia se realiza la definición según autores de conceptos claves como los factores de riesgos psicosociales y sus tipologías, así mismo el paradigma, el modelo ecológico, el enfoque de derechos humanos, además de una contextualización a nivel nacional e internacional de la situación contexto a nivel nacional. Para la tercera parte se abordaron los diagnósticos social y participativo por medio de un cuestionario y talleres pedagógicos los cuales permitieron la recopilación de los resultados de factores de riesgos psicosociales con mayor prevalencia para la comunidad educativa. Continua con la propuesta de intervención pedagógica, la cual cuenta con 3 módulos y 24 guías en donde se abordan los factores con mayor relevancia dentro del diagnóstico por medio de talleres pedagógicos que permiten la creación de la cartilla pedagógica y finaliza con las conclusiones y recomendaciones.
dc.description.abstractenglishPedagogical proposal had the main objective of developing a proposal for pedagogical intervention aimed at the prevention of psychosocial risks and the promotion of human rights in the educational community of the Instituto Técnico Nacional de Comercio -Sede A to guarantee their personal and family development and social. This document developed in the first instance by the structural and spatial contextualization of the educational institution. In the second instance, the definition is made according to authors of key concepts such as psychosocial risk factors and their typologies, as well as the paradigm, the ecological model, the human rights approach, as well as a national and international contextualization of the situation context. at the national level. For the third part, social and participatory diagnoses were addressed through a questionnaire and pedagogical workshops, which allowed the compilation of the results of psychosocial risk factors with the highest prevalence for the educational community. It continues with the pedagogical intervention proposal, which has 3 modules and 24 guides where the most relevant factors within the diagnosis are addressed through pedagogical workshops that allow the creation of the pedagogical booklet and ends with the conclusions and recommendations.
