dc.description.abstractConstruir esa memoria que se encuentra fragmentada, privada y no escrita desde una perspectiva de memoria histórica razonada permite reevaluar esas memorias oficiales que se han posicionado en la opinión pública y no dejan dimensionar los hechos de una forma más crítica. Por eso al reconstruir esa memoria desde abajo, de la masacre de San Pablo (Bolívar) del 8 de enero de 1999 en donde fueron asesinadas 14 personas y una más fue secuestrada, comienzan a generarse las tensiones entre esa memoria oficial y aquello que aun hoy 17 años después las víctimas directa o indirectas reclaman como verdad de lo que aconteció ese día. En esa dirección este trabajo se planteó como objetivos: construir una memoria partiendo desde los testimonios de las víctimas directas o indirectas de la masacre que revelen los silenciamientos de la memoria oficial; mostrar las repercusiones que tuvo los hechos en la vida de las familias de las víctimas y para la comunidad sanpablera en general. De la misma forma se quiere mostrar la capacidad de las víctimas, al organizarse y desarrollar iniciativas que buscan dignificar la memoria de sus familias e impedir que la comunidad olvide la vulneración de los Derechos Humanos que se ha presentado en San Pablo. Esto se logró acompañando a las organizaciones de víctimas en las actividades de conmemoración y recopilando información en entrevistas dirigidas a victimas sobrevivientes y familiares de víctimas. Lo cual le permite concluir a esta investigación que hay un estado de impunidad frente a los hechos, que la memoria oficial impide ver la complejidad del hecho y que las iniciativas de memoria se han convertido en un espacio de denuncia no solo de la masacre, sino de otros hechos de victimización en la comunidad de San Pablo.
dc.description.abstractenglishTo construct that memory that is fragmented, private and not written from a perspective of historical reasoned memory allows to re-evaluate these official memories that have been positioned in the public opinion and do not let to dimension the facts of the most critical form. Because of it on having reconstructed this memory from below, of San Pablo's massacre Bolivar of January 8, 1999 where 14 people were murdered and one more was kidnapped, the tensions begin to be generated between this official memory and that one that even today 17 years later the direct or indirect victims claim as truth of what happened that day. In that direction this work was set as objectives: to build a memory starting from the testimonies of the direct or indirect victims of the massacre revealed by the silencing of official memory; to show the repercussions that the events had on the life of the families of the victims and for the san pablera community in general. In the same way, we want to show the capacity of the victims, by organizing and developing initiatives which seek to dignify the memory of their families and prevent the community forgets the violation of human rights that have been presented in San Pablo. This was achieved accompanying victims´ organizations in the activities of commemoration and collecting information in interviews directed at survivors and victims' relatives. This allows to conclude to this investigation that there is a state of impunity against the facts, that the official memory prevents seeing the complexity of fact and that the initiatives of memory have become a space of denunciation not only of the massacre, but of other acts of victimization in the community of San Pablo.
