| dc.description.abstract | En este trabajo se actualizó el manual del Proceso de Paradas de Planta de la Refinería de Cartagena S.A. con el fin de proporcionar una guía a los involucrados, sobre las diferentes fases y actividades que se deben llevar a cabo para un desarrollo efectivo de dicho proceso, cumpliendo con las premisas de calidad, seguridad, tiempo, costos e integridad de la empresa. El manual se actualizó de acuerdo con las mejores prácticas de Shell Global Solutions International B.V., a través del estudio de dos libros guías titulados: Guía para el gerenciamiento de Paradas de Planta y Una guía para la Gestión de paradas. De este estudio se definió que para que el proceso se desarrolle de manera integral, debe realizarse en siete fases de tiempo y abarcando 11 áreas de desempeño. El manual describe el alcance y los objetivos de las actividades que se deben seguir es cada fase del proceso, así como a los responsables de cada una de éstas; también contiene el diagrama de flujo del modelo de gerenciamiento del proceso, que explica el orden lógico de las actividades a realizar durante la parada; por otro lado nombra las relaciones de las diferentes dependencias y procesos de la Refinería de Cartagena S.A. con el Proceso de Paradas de Planta y se definen los roles y responsabilidades de los involucrados. El manual fue revisado por el Coordinador de Proyectos y Paradas de Planta y fue aprobado por el Jefe del Departamento de Paradas de Planta y Administración de Proyectos de la Refinería de Cartagena S.A. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | In this project, was updated the manual of the turnaround process of the Refinería de Cartagena S.A. with the purpose of provide a guide to the people involved, about the different phases and activities that are due to carry out an effective development of this process, fulfilling the premises of quality, security, time, costs and integrity of the company The manual was updated in agreement with the best practices of Shell Global Solutions International B.V., through study of two guides books titled: Guide to the management of turnarounds and Guide to the turnarounds. From this study it was defined that the process must be realized in seven phases of time and including 11 performances areas, developed in an integral way. The manual describes the reach and the objectives of the activities that are due to realize in each phase of the process, as well as the people in charge of each of them; also it contains the flow chart of the management of the process, which contains the logical order of the activities to develop in the turnaround; on the other hand the manual enunciates the relations of the different dependences and process of the Refinería de Cartagena S.A. with the turnaround process and it defines the roles and responsibilities of the people involved. The manual was reviewed by the Coordinator of the projects and turnarounds and approved by the head of the department of turnarounds and projects management of the Refinería de Cartagena S.A. | |
