dc.description.abstractDesde la Universidad se están gestando iniciativas para la promoción de una educación audiovisual que a la vez facilite el aprendizaje de contenidos y la formación integral. Lo anterior, teniendo presente la importancia que tiene conectar las prácticas académicas de los estudiantes con la realidad que viven fuera de las aulas en cuanto al gran uso que hacen de los medios de comunicación masiva y otras Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación - TIC. En este sentido, se identifica el cine como un medio didáctico y factible que facilita, a través de la mediación del maestro, el logro de aquellas competencias que no pueden lograrse a través de métodos pedagógicos tradicionales. Por ello, el ejercicio de investigación llevado a cabo, valida el diseño y la implementación de una estrategia de enseñanza, aprendizaje y evaluación de lectura y análisis crítico de cine durante el desarrollo de la asignatura Filosofía de la Religión, correspondiente al plan de estudios de Filosofía de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. Las escuelas, universidades, instituciones de educación, padres de familia y en general la sociedad, deberían interesarse mucho más por enseñar a los niños o estudiantes a ver y oír analítica y críticamente los medios audiovisuales que tienen a su alcance. Realizar lectura crítica y decodificación de mensajes audiovisuales debería convertirse en una tarea cotidiana para las nuevas generaciones dado el gran impacto psicosocial que implica los altos niveles de emisión de información de diferentes temáticas, entre éstas de corte político, social, religioso, publicitario, sexual, entre otras.
dc.description.abstractenglishInsight the University has been brewing initiatives to promote the use audio-visual strategies designed to make possible both the learning of contents and a holistic education. This approaching acknowledge the importance of connecting the academic practices with the realities of students outside the classroom. In fact, they make permanent use of massmedia and other technologies of information and communication in everyday life. In this sense, this research identify the cinema as a didactic and feasible medium that make possible, through the mediation of the teacher, the achievement of the students competences that can not be attain through traditional pedagogic methodes. For that reason, the research exercise that has been done, conclude with a possitive validation of the achievement attain by the application of one strategy of teaching, learning and evaluating of reading and critical analise of cinema during the development of the subjet “Philosophy of Religion”, that is part of the studies programme of Philosophy at the Universidad Industrial de Santander. Schools, universities, educational institutions, parents and society in general should be far more interested in teaching children or students to see and hear critically analytical and media at their fingertips. Perform critical reading and decoding of media messages should become a daily task for the new generations as the great psychosocial impact involving high levels of information broadcast different themes, among them of a political, social, religious, advertising, sexual, among others
