dc.description.abstractExisten diferentes propiedades anillo-teóricas que extienden resultados de anillos conmutativos a un caso más general. Por ejemplo, las propiedades dúo, reversible, simétrico y SI. En este trabajo se estudia la propiedad dúo y algunas de sus relaciones con las propiedades reversible, simétrico y SI, tanto en el contexto general de anillos como de los anillos de grupo. Se presentan pruebas de resultados afirmados sin prueba en la literatura y se diseñan diagramas que resumen algunas implicaciones válidas entre la propiedad dúo y las otras propiedades de interés. Es pecíficamente para un anillo de grupo RG de un grupo de torsión G sobre un anillo conmutativo R con identidad, se diseñan diagramas en los cuales se establece que si el anillo de grupo RG tiene alguna de estas propiedades, entonces G es un grupo Hamiltoniano y la característica de R es 0 o 2. Además, se caracterizan las mismas propiedades en álgebras de grupo FG sobre cuerpos de característica cero y en anillos de grupo RG en los siguientes casos: (1) RG es un anillo de grupo semi-simple y (2) R es un anillo semi-simple y G cualquier grupo.
dc.description.abstractenglishThere are different ring-theoretic properties that extend results from commutative rings to a more general case. For example, the duo, reversible, symmetric, and SI properties. In this work, the duo property and some of its relations with the reversible, symmetric, and SI properties are studied, both in the general setting of rings and of group rings. Proofs of asserted results without proof in the literature are presented and diagrams are designed which summarize some valid implications between the duo property and the other properties of interest. Specifically for a group rings RG of a torsion group G over a commutative ring R with identity, diagrams are designed in which it is established that if the group ring RG has any of these properties, then G is a Hamiltonian group and the characteristic of R is either 0 or 2. Moreover, the same properties are characterized in group algebras FG over fields of characteristic zero and in group rings RG in the following cases: (1) RG is a semi-simple group ring, and (2 ) R is a semi-simple ring and G any group.
